I was using Thinx and while nothing was wrong with them, I thought I'd try a different brand of period panties. These are way too small and fit very tightly. The info insert, says that's supposed to be normal and they will stretch with use. I don't know why you'd want to feel like a sausage waiting for you panties to stretch when you're already bloated. Anyway, the absorbing area isn't long enough. I am a pretty light bleeder and yet I still get spots outside the absorbency area. This never has happened once with the other brand. Huge waste of money. I should have stuck with tried and true.

It’s been impossible to figure out how to leave a review on Knix’s site itself, so I’m leaving one here. I liked some of their leakproof underwear, and recently decided to try their lace version. They’re really tight. According to their sizing chart, I should be safely a small. I’m also a small in other underwear I’ve tried of theirs. I think because there isn’t much stretch on the lace, but these really cut into my hips and thighs so much that I got a skin irritation on my thighs between my legs. I like the concept of this underwear and really wanted to love them. But if you decide to get these, go a size up.

They said it was shipped on December the 9th... Mucked around with delivery notifications... Now I get it December 31st...Almost a full month for delivery P.A.T.H.E.T.I.C. I ordered enough for free delivery.. I guess that was by mule train..or steamship... But wait, I live in Canada!!! Nope, never again.. I have to leave my email in order for this to succeed in being posted... I can only imagine the propaganda I am going to receive..

Bought a wireless bra for $60. Not the support I was hoping for. No customer service. Buyer beware of false advertising!! I inquired about my refund. They said I should have received it…check my spam emails. I should have known, shame on me!! If I could give 0 stars I would.

I REALLY wanted to love these products and this company. Like REALLY badly - but I just can’t. Terrible products, I am so disappointed. I got a pair of the chafe-shorts to wear under dresses/jeans. Followed the size guide and ordered an XL (my typically size is XL or 14-16). Somehow, these shorts are too tight, yet fall down. They constantly roll at the top and when I wear them under jeans, they fall all the way down below my bum. They are super tight in the thighs. I also got a pair of the leakproof period panties - the full back bikini pair. Not only do they run small, but the leakproof technology doesn’t work. Barely holds any liquid, doesn’t even protect from leaks when using a tampon or pad. It also holds on to smells, even after soaking them after use. I feel like I am sitting in a wet pad all day long, the moisture does not pull away from your skin at all and it has caused irritation for me. Super disappointed and have not heard anything back from their customer service. No returns (obviously, and I knew that going in) so buyer beware. Will not risk ordering from them again, especially at the price they charge. And the cherry on top - no option to leave a review on their page!

I want to love this CDN company but can’t. Underwear runs small (Knix says I should wear and wash a while before it fits the best…huh?), unflattering and feels like I’m wearing bulky pads. Not to mention the number of pants I have ruined due to leakage, even while wearing a tampon! Asked for money back because of leakage but had terrible customer service and didn’t get anything refunded. Arg.

I have been a customer for years but am now looking for alternatives because a handful of panties and a bra have come apart after a year of wear. They glue the pieces versus using stitches. Not worth the cost. They are comfy and look sleek so this really disappoints me. Knix please make better quality products.

I have ordered 3 different bra styles, the "waffle robe" socks and joggers. I am so very disappointed by this company. The quality is so low for the price point and the robe came smelling very very strong of plastic or chemicals.

Bought the Essential Cheeky Underwear. According to their size chart "Large" is my size, and it's also the same size that I use for seamless underwear from other brands, like Uniqlo, H&M and more, so that's what I ordered. The underwear is EXTREMELY small. I'd need to order AT LEAST two sizes up to be able to wear it comfortably. They don't accept returns or exchanges for the item, so I'm stuck with (expensive) underwear that I'm never going to use unless I lose 10 kilos. The whole point of buying seamless underwear is that it's comfortable and that it doesn't show when wearing clothes. Knix seamless underwear fulfills neither. Very disappointed and a big waste of money, as I ordered the correct size according to their size chart. They should at least offer exchange since their own size chart is not reliable. Never again.

I unfortunately was unable to even try the product. I had entered an incorrect shipping address, (obviously my fault, albeit a total mistake) and my package got marked return to sender. I contacted Knox.ca and they informed me that there was no way they could resend the product. They did offer a refund, but I would have thought it would be more economical to resend the item, or at least offer to reship for a cost. It's left a bad taste in my mouth and I'm disappointed in the company for not making an effort to ensure I received their products.

Most unflattering bra I’ve ever worn. Flattens and leaves me saggy, extremely uncomfortable, zero support, feels like I’m wearing plastic. Not even near worth the hype of their advertising. Wouldn’t recommend anyone purchase a Knix bra. Won’t bother sending back to just get a credit to buy more knix junk.

I bought the catalyst front opening bra after my first shoulder replacement in March. Last month I had my second shoulder replacement surgery and was able to put on bra unassisted. It is so comfortable and does not put pressure on my new shoulders.

The leakproof underwear has such a small absorbent area that it is worse than wearing a pad because the absorbency doesn’t go all the way to the edge. The width of the gusset is also pretty tiny and doesn’t have nearly enough coverage. The first time I wore them I leaked within an hour just sitting on the couch. I’ve tried many different brands of period underwear and these are by far my least favorite which is disappointing since they are some of the most expensive.

Sizing is WAY off. AND they do not allow for refunds only exchanges. Ridiculous and so not worth the money. The promotion suggests it's easy to return but it's not.

I just sent in a message to Knix on their website in the ‘Give Feedback’ section because I’m frustrated with the quality of Knix products vs. The cost. My mother and I purchased a generous quantity of Knix products (Padded V-Neck Wide Strap, Wing Woman, Evolution Bras and Leakproof Underwear) hoping that they would be a saviour for our various issues and unfortunately all the products we purchased did not live up to the hype of the companies reviews on their website. The bras have caused both of us sweating and break outs in our skin because the material is not breathable. Not to mention that the support is not nearly sufficient enough for either of us. She being a 38DD and myself because a 36E. The leakproof underwear has also been an issue since again the material is not breathable and ends up smelling terrible in less than a few hours. I spent hundreds of dollars on these products and now I’m forced to buy hundreds of dollars more to replace these. It is not acceptable that the products are so expensive yet the quality does not live up to the cost. I’m greatly disappointed and will not be purchasing items from this company in the future nor will I recommend it to anyone.

I love Knix! I have the leakproof boy short which is my favorite and the pull on bra. Great support and very comfortable wit no panty lines. I did buy the essential underwear once in error. They are not leak proof, which I prefer, but still comfortable. I wash in cold water in their laundry bags and line dry. Have never had any issue with the products.

I ordered 6 pairs of their period underwear. I followed their size chart and ordered a small. They are too small and cut in to my leg creating a dramatic panty-line regardless of what I'm wearing. I reached out to exchange them and was told: "Our underwear can absolutely fit snug at first but it is intended to as it relaxes with wash and wear! As they are designed to shape to your body, it takes about 3-4 cycles of both wearing and washing the undies for them to get to their true fit." I told the customer service person that I had tried this for 2 cycles and it just wasn't' working. They then responded with: "Our return window is 30 days after you receive the order." Seems contradictory to me as well as terrible customer service/. Now I also have a product that I can't use and spent a lot of money on.

buyer beware. Don't be fooled by paying for the Swyft accelerated delivery. It's a fraud set up. They send messages saying they are going to deliver and then don't. You might get it in a few days or longer.
