“I got the wireless bra in a L which includes my 38 DD size. The pads sit like saucers on my breasts—not flattering—and it gaps under the arms. When I took the pads out i just had a uniboob. WORSE FITTING BRA EVER!! The only positive is that the fabric is comfortable. Waste of money. Warner has a sport bra with a much better fit for a cheaper price and NO uniboob.”
“Ordered the leakproof underwear, what a joke! Never have I leaked so much! It’s like it collects any kind of moisture, briefly, just so it can dump it all out at once when you move slightly. I’ve honestly never leaked like this with any other product. Even with a tampon in these leak.They hold nothing! Side note: I’m very light flow, like, panty liner on all but the first day of my flow. Leak leak leak with these.”
“The panties and sleep shorts fit great and are super comfy but did have a couple issues that ruin them for me!
I am not sure if my body is just weird or my terrible posture has me leaning forward too much but I was very much leaking out the top front of the bikini panties. The absorbent area is just slightly too short in the front. Ended up with a weird blood stain in the front of my jeans.
Now the sleep shorts... I said YOLO after getting them and went to bed with nothing else but them and woke up about 2 hours later to blood stained sheets and went to the bathroom where I proceeded to create a full on crime scene requiring a 2am shower and complete bathroom cleaning from the floor to parts of the toilet I didn't know existed. The blood was just pooling and not absorbing well so it was smeared all over my body and proceeded to smear and drip all down the toilet when I sat down. I definitely will use these expensive panties as "overflow" in place of a pad but they can't be trusted on their own as advertised.”
“Do not buy from this company. The website is easy to use until you want to exchange or return something. I ended up in a loop where every move was repeated ad nauseam. An exchange was my original plan. However after a couple hour run around, return was a better idea. When I finally received a return label, it was impossible to print it in mailable form. I called Customer Service where a sweet voice told me I could not receive a hard copy or a printable label. I gave up and gave the too large items to someone who could use them.”
“Poor quality. The Knix sport bra breaks at the strap holes and the seams unravel in less than 3 months. I bought two, and I hand wash them and air dry them. Will not buy again.”
“I ordered two of your bras back in May. When they arrived I tried them on and genuinely disliked how heavy and bulky the material felt not to mention that the pads in the bras felt like I was wearing body armour. Living in the sticky humid south and knowing that we about to be in the heat of summer I felt these were really not the product I was looking for. I sat them aside and sort of forgot them - I have been traveling for work a lot this summer - until today when I went to get them ready to ship back. The return policy is you have 30 days to wash and wear them before deciding to return them. Most companies have at least 90 days for returns of items that are new and never worn. Since I have neither washed NOR worn them I decided to reach out to "customer service" and see if there was any flexibility in that policy. These were not sale or special items - I paid full price and the items are still listed on your website. I worked through the BOT to chat and provided all the info on name/ order number / issue. When your customer service rep came online I got a canned answer that did not acknowledge that I was asking if any exceptions could be made based on the facts above in any way. I might have just as well been continuing to speak to your robot.
These bras are heavy, bulky and not at all comfortable. On top of that your customer service personnel are impersonal and undertrained.
To any "future customers" I would say. Look elsewhere - this product is overpriced and does not live up to their "most comfortable bras claim. Very disappointed.”
