“The "super leakproof thong" is anything but - I own 3 types of period panties and this is the only one I have regretted purchasing. The placement of the pad is too high, and the thong is too narrow, so I'm constantly leaking. These are better off in the garbage.
I ordered 3 other products from Knix, all which had to be returned do to poor fit. The return process was easy, but the lady I emailed with wanted me to wash and wear the items up to 3 times to see if the fit improves - which is a terrible business model, who would want to keep items in the hopes they fit after washing and thus not being able to return them?!”
“Ma copine m'a donné ses culottes récemment achetées car elles étaient trop petites pour elles. Point positif: elles sont super confortables à porter et ont une belle taille haute.
BUT 2 gros problèmes:
-THEY ARE NOT leakproof :(((((. They always leak... even with the "super leakprook dream short". Never had this problem with any other underwear.
- WAY TO SMALL. Je porte du L alors que je porte habituellement du S ou du M. Elles ne sont pas du tout fits true to size.
Extremely disappointed but the fit was great.”
“For months I had looking forward to a Knix bra. Knix measurements guidelines were followed and finally purchased one and it arrived yesterday. In my mature adult life, this is the ABSOLUTELY WORST design i have EVER had for a bra. I am very small sized, yet the breasts cannot completely fit into the cup. If I force the breasts into the cup and try to adjust the straps, the bra puckers under the arm about 1 inch-1.5 inches and also puckers on the back about 1.5 inches. I am shocked such expensive bras are so poorly designed that it cannot fit even a very small person.”
“The ads say “for all sizes”. I followed the sizing guide and was excited when I found the bras on sale. I ordered one and it fit perfectly around my back but I couldn’t get into the cups. Way too small! I was spilling out everywhere.
So I contacted Knix only to find out they won’t cover sale items. 😳
Extremely disappointed. A total waste of money.
Note to the busty girls; these bras are not for everyone. I think the maximum cup size is probably a D.”
“First sizing is way off. Bras didn't even come close to fitting. I was still going to give them a chance and order a size up. Went to the website and typed in my order number and it says that it doesn't exist. I tried 4 or 5 times. I even tried cutting and pasting it. I then called them and all you can do is leave a voice mail. No response. Sent an e-mail. No response. Sent another e-mail. No response. This time I left a very strong voice mail. If I don't hear from them this time I am contacting the BBB. Their reviews are so bad I wonder if this is more like a scam.”
“I placed an order last night. After my card went through it showed my old address as the mailing address. I have NEVER ordered from KNIX in my life and wonder why they do not give you a chance to put your address in. I’ve been gone from that address for a year!! It’s many states away! I tried to call and all they allow you to do is leave a message. I’m so aggravated that I will never order from Knix again. I don’t care how nice their products might be!! Customer service is most important to all customers and theirs’ stinks!!! I’m expecting a full refund immediately. I do not want to deal with any business like this!!! I will review on Better Business Bureau if this is not taken care of immediately!!”
“I ordered two bras and 3 super leak proof panties. The panties were extremely small, I even sized up as I had read they fit small and they were so uncomfortable. The bras, which also fit small were also so uncomfortable. The lacy deep lunge rubbed my skin all day and left irritation. The other bra did nothing for support or shape and dug in. I purchased the recommended sizes and it was still terrible. Will not be ordering again.”
“As another reviewer highlighted the delivery time for western Canada is ridiculous- still waiting a month after order placed. Also after payment taken was told that one of the items in a kit was unavailable- not impressed and will not order again.”
“They’re leak proof underwear, although rated high, I’ve found every month the adhesive from a pad sticks to the underwear and is impossible to get off. It then becomes layer upon layer of adhesive. I have to use tweezers to pull the adhesive off before and after washing because it’s impossible to get off. Never had this problem with any other underwear”
“Not only are they expensive but expect to wait a month or more for them if you live in Western Canada; they will take a week before even shipping the order out. They will blame Covid and Canada Post and pretend like it hasn't been several years into the pandemic and what's actually going on is they are incompetent and refuse to adapt like everyone else. They will offer no gestures to make it right, only offering an insulting refund after fighting for services not rendered, having waited a month and contacted them twice and still don't have the product. They will only parrot the estimated time on the tracker which you have access to already. In my case I have had 3 different delivery dates and the agent was "sure", it would be coming soon and would offer excuses (and a surprising lack of geography knowledge; not sure how the BC floods would affect me here in Alberta and the package is coming from Ontario) and fake platitudes and finally the "possibility of refund ", if it still hasn't shown up. I'm on my 3rd estimated delivery date. In that time they removed an item for over selling it and offered a measly discount on the next order, despite not actually receiving the original one; even more insulting was the fact I was notified that what was removed was now back in stock within the month of not receiving my order. Other Canadian companies on the other hand, who ALSO use Canada Post, actually manage to get their product out at a reasonable wait. I can't even verify if the product is any good and if it isn't what is the point of returning them or if that's even possible given the ordeal Knix has put me through. They don't care about the customer and are only in it for the money, their indifference to your time and energy merely confirms this. If it were the contrary they wouldn't put anyone through this ordeal.”
“My husband bought me a couple of Knix bras as a gift. I had wanted to try the Canadian bra brand for a while as it seemed a like a great product from what I was seeing in their advertising. I was hopeful that this Canadian product would offer comfort and quality as their marketing advertised. The first 2 bras were too small (eventhough that was normally my size) so I ordered a size up in a couple of different styles. The first 2 bras I couldn't even get over my head as they were so tight (really unusual). The other 2 bras were a criss/cross style that did up in the back but the straps were so short I couldn't even do them up. I wondered if a woman had designed these bras as the design was so poor. A real disappointment not only from a design perspective but I don't see how you can justify paying these high prices for a product that doesn't deliver. I had originally recommended this brand to my friends as I was so excited to buy these bras but have told them not to order this product as I don't want them to go through the same disappointing experience.”
“I bought my Knix underwear and bras. I don’t have a problem with the sizing of even the ability of the period underwear to absorb properly. I have been disgusted to smell the harsh chemical smell upon the underwear coming in contact to liquid. I do not believe the underwear is safe or chemical free based on the simple fact that it smells like harsh bleach once it gets wet. I hope the company feels ashamed for their scam of marketing themselves as chemical free/natural.”
“Sizing is off (run small); took more than 2 weeks to receive items only to find out Knix is making it impossible to get a refund without physically working with a person - can't do it via chat online, and a phone number isn't provided. Terrible customer service and bras are ridiculously small and poor designs. I don't understand the positive reviews on their site.”
“For whatever reason, they designed their leakproof styles with padding that doesn’t go all the way to the edges. There’s a full half inch of fabric in the gusset area that isn’t absorbent and leaks are absolutely guaranteed. Way too expensive, uncomfortable, poor quality unbreathable fabric upper with melded seams that pull apart in a few wears.”
“I wish I’d read these reviews after spending a lot of money on six pairs of the so-called “leak proof” underwear and three of the leak pads. They’re not much better than ordinary underwear in the leak department. I have switched to Wear Ever which I wish I had bought in the first place.”
“I was using Thinx and while nothing was wrong with them, I thought I'd try a different brand of period panties. These are way too small and fit very tightly. The info insert, says that's supposed to be normal and they will stretch with use. I don't know why you'd want to feel like a sausage waiting for you panties to stretch when you're already bloated.
Anyway, the absorbing area isn't long enough. I am a pretty light bleeder and yet I still get spots outside the absorbency area. This never has happened once with the other brand. Huge waste of money. I should have stuck with tried and true.”
“They said it was shipped on December the 9th... Mucked around with delivery notifications... Now I get it December 31st...Almost a full month for delivery P.A.T.H.E.T.I.C. I ordered enough for free delivery.. I guess that was by mule train..or steamship... But wait, I live in Canada!!! Nope, never again.. I have to leave my email in order for this to succeed in being posted... I can only imagine the propaganda I am going to receive..”
“Bought a wireless bra for $60. Not the support I was hoping for.
No customer service. Buyer beware of false advertising!! I inquired about my refund. They said I should have received it…check my spam emails. I should have known, shame on me!! If I could give 0 stars I would.”
