When I contacted customer service and they offered me 15% off my next purchase with no other effort to remediate. It seems clear that this is a regular problem they encounter with their product. “I purchases two bralettes. One was lace and very itchy. It'd manageable though, so I'll deal with it. The other bra was a ribbed bralette. It was very difficult to snap in the back. I suffer from arthritis, is it possible to have more frony closer bras? I prefer wearing v neck tee shirts, but need the right bra to wear under the shirts. Otherwise, the bras are very comfortable and I would recommend to others.”

“The newest underwear I bought from Knix has a tan coloured liner, previous orders have had black liners. The new underwear DOES NOT prevent leaks, it immediately soaks through liner and outer layer, no matter how small the leak. What a waste of my hard earned money.”

I ordered about $250 worth of items from Knix before Thanksgiving. I had not ordered from them in years because their old stuff was great and lasted a long time for me.
The new stuff has sizing ALL OVER THE PLACE. I normally accept this as part of doing business but Knix would not allow a return. What? What company on this planet doesn't accept a return when their own sizing doesn't match up to their website? Apparently Knix. I didn't even try on more than two items, and I definitely did not wash or alter anything in any way.
For reference, I am a size 12/14.
These jerks were so incredibly rude to me when I went through the process of trying to return their stuff. Fat shaming, even. It was the worst experience I have ever had with a company.

“Avoid this company at all costs for the refusal to address significant sizing issues, lack of returned phone calls, inability to respond to emails, and having an ineffective live chat - all equating to zero customer service. Promised was a response within 16 days. ( !!! ) My shipment was five days late beyond the promised date. Zero explanation or apology. The sizing chart(s) is magnanimously misleading, meaning a HORRIBLE fit. Trust me, you don't want to see a picture of how bad the fit was. No matter that the underwear was on sale, still very expensive. A return option was not offered, contradicting what is posted on their website - NO one is 'there to help you'.
