“Virtual sales help was poor because they try to come up with one size for different styles when in fact different styles each have a different size. The sizing chart offered online is confusing. The virtual sales rushed me through the fitting the 2nd and third time with the repeat line-done' worry if it doesn't fit properly, you have 30 days to return it. But how many times can you return a bra when you need to finally find one that fits?? After 3 virtual fitting attempts without a bra fitting properly, I went to the Queen Street West store in Toronto. There were two managers on the floor. One was absolutely rude and not willing to help at all. The second was absolutely lovely. Her name is Cat and I recommend calling before you go in store to make sure she's there. She is usually there Tuesday-Saturday-believe me, I checked before going back there again. Sales help on the floor also seemed lovely. Since receiving help from a kind manager, bras are fitting perfect.”
“Purchased a Wingwoman bra in the size they indicated should fit as I am normally a 38 D. Very disappointed with the flimsy straps that it had when it arrived. Not nearly enough support for me to wear out of the house.
Comfy enough to lounge at home in - but pretty expensive to use for just that! Unlike other Westerners, I did not have any issues with delivery time.”
“The pant sizing was wildy small. I am a medium at all other store (especially for workout pants!) and I literally could not even get the pants past my thighs. I got a bra that looks cute on, but it was overpriced, especially because the inner seam is itchy... It's not comfy to wear :(
I wouldn't recommend.”
“I couldn't find a way to leave a review on the site - yikes. Anyway, the only product I've enjoyed is the Good to Go Seamless bra. It's comfortable and soft. This review now is about the leakproof underwear. They do not hold shape, the fabric stretches throughout the day and the piece that is leakproof does NOT have enough coverage for a period. It barely comes half way up the back unless you buy the shorts. If I sleep in these I will wake up in a blood bath 😠I wanted to like them so bad. Bad design.”
“So I've been wearing knix for years and used to really love their products, but unfortunately the quality has decreased and I will no longer be purchasing their products. They do feel tight at first which loosens with wear, but the real issue I have with knix underwear is that after 6 months or so the seams have come off - and not just on a few pairs, but on ALL of my knix underwear. It appears the seam is glued on and once it's off they tend to roll, making them no longer seamless (unless you are always checking them & adjusting). They are cheaply made in china and bunch up the crack after they loosen. For the price point I would expect a higher quality product. Also, they are not 100% or even 90% cotton. Wearing good quality cotton has more breathability and is much better for keeping your lady bits balanced and healthy.”
“Bought the Essential Cheeky Underwear. According to their size chart "Large" is my size, and it's also the same size that I use for seamless underwear from other brands, like Uniqlo, H&M and more, so that's what I ordered.
The underwear is EXTREMELY small. I'd need to order AT LEAST two sizes up to be able to wear it comfortably. They don't accept returns or exchanges for the item, so I'm stuck with (expensive) underwear that I'm never going to use unless I lose 10 kilos.
The whole point of buying seamless underwear is that it's comfortable and that it doesn't show when wearing clothes. Knix seamless underwear fulfills neither.
Very disappointed and a big waste of money, as I ordered the correct size according to their size chart. They should at least offer exchange since their own size chart is not reliable. Never again.”
“Sizing is WAY off. AND they do not allow for refunds only exchanges. Ridiculous and so not worth the money. The promotion suggests it's easy to return but it's not.”
“I purchases 4 pairs of the leakproof underwear- boyshort, cheeky, bikini styles. They are not leakproof. On a moderate flow- they last about couple hours before seeing it leak on the sides. That is because the absorbency pad is not all the way to the edges. I felt bummed for paying $100 to try but reasoned they still work on light days and when on the last couple days of your cycle. Odor control is next to none and so I felt the need to change quarter/mid day if needed. Will reduce my light pad usage but can't count on for overnights. They do fit comfortably. That's about the only good thing.”
“I was so excited for the papaya leggings (black shiny) but after only a few wears the material has started peeling in the leg. I contacted customer service and they were great (as usual) but I can’t replace my leggings because they are now out of stock. I feel sick I spent so much and now I still don’t have the shiny leggings I had always wanted”
“My preteen's flow is still light, so no problems with leaks just yet. My issue is ODOR. These garments smell horrendous after wear. So awfully bad that I was questioning my daughter about how she felt in case she was suffering from an infection and due to her inexperience with menstruation didn't know it. I could not fathom using them for a heavy flow day without changing them multiple times...which is not the point of this product.”
“I was so excited to buy the underwear, since I have sensory issues, and I wanted to find a better alternative to pads. Since it included both protection from bladder leaks and period leaks, I was so happy. However, I am extremely disappointed. The underwear starts smelling after just a small amount of time, it feels uncomfortable and wet, and like others said, the front is too short. Luckily, I only wore it this time for bladder protection, as I feel as if I were on my period, I would have leaked immediately. Do NOT buy this, unless you want to waste your time and money.”
“Bought the wing bra. Terrible. If your looking for a good supporting bra this is not the bra you want shop elsewhere. Underwear not bad. Read the rest of the reviews. Knix seems to make their products sound a lot better then they really are.”
“I bought the leakproof underwear in a few styles and while they were very comfortable and decently absorbing, the absorbing area was far too short meaning I leaked on the front, back, and even sides every time I used them. They didn’t even withstand an hour spent sitting on the couch. I’ve used other brands for years and never had these issues so was very disappointed.”
“Short story, I do recommend this company. Long story:
I bought 3 items
1- the leak proof underwear. I have no issues with these and they are comfortable. I do recommend these.
2- the medium support pullover bra. It's not bad, but it's more light support than medium. Its comfortable, but could not work out in it.
3- the catalyst bra. I was sadly disappointed in this and I really wanted to like it- it's why I came to the company. It was extremely painful the first day and left horrible red marks on my back. When I asked if this was normal they said it will stretch or I could switch my size or return. I kept wearing it and it still rubs my back where the clasps are. Unfortunately I ordered this and it arrived when I was in lockdown here. So I couldn't try it in the air (aerialist) until the month for exchange or return was already over. When our lockdown ended and I was able to return to the air, the straps both came off in the air. Multiple times. Like they fully came undone. The straps also slip down towards the outside of my shoulders and I have to fix them while training. And I have a broad chest/upper body so I was shocked. I am a 34 DD/E for reference. Now I am stuck with the expensive bra and it doesn't fit right and still hurts where the clasps rub my back.
So, the company has good customer service and I love that they have the return or exchange in 30 days policy. But I couldn't control the lockdown we had, but that's not their fault either.
SO. I don't recommend the bras at all. The undies are ok. The company itself is pretty good.”
“Underwear does not fit. I ordered the second time, smaller and had the same problem. The material is very nice and the underwear performs as intended, but I can't get them to stay up in place and I am not small. So for the money and no return policy (which I understand), I would not recommend them. Glad their CEO raised so much investment money recently. Maybe they can spend some on R&D for garment sizing.”
“Review is for period panties: As some of the other reviews state the gusset area is too short, so you get leakage in the front. For me it is about 1-2 inches too short, so maybe I have a freaky tilted opening...or they are so busy trying to sell you on how big the back of the "pad" is you don't notice how minimal the front is. I also tried posting a review on their site - and good luck. They seem to curate their reviews which is clearly shady behavior.”
“My experience with the company was a good one. I had to return a bra (purchased 2 but one was way too small even though it was labeled the same size) and they were quick to respond, polite, and while they don't actually take returns they did refund my purchase without any objection. The one I kept is extremely comfortable but I am not fond of the appearance. There is no separation or lift so you get that flat "monoboob" look. In terms of fit - I find the cup small - had to take out the pads and still get pooching out in the top and underarms. I'm a very difficult size 32 DDDD so I don't really expect perfection. I understand that it takes a bit of time to take shape and fit your body so I'll wait and see if I like it better after wearing it for a while. For "at home" use I am happy that it is comfortable! I wouldn't wear it out though :)”
