“I ordered two bras and measured exactly according to the directions on the website and could not be more furious and disappointed with Knix. When you first go to the website page, you are offered a discount if you sign up for emails. A lot of companies do this. But when something is wrong with your product and you would like to return/exchange items that don’t fit, etc they don’t say “No because you received a discount.” I measured exactly according to the directions on the website and I was a size 8, which according to the website would fit 40-42D. I felt good about that because I am that size for Skims and VS and both of these companies bras in that size fit very comfortably. The Knix brand bras, I could barely hook around my body and after I did, I was bulging out all over. Way too small! There is no customer service number to speak to anyone. Returns are not an option because I got the 10% off for signing up for emails. They sent me a $10 off my next order discount email for my dissatisfaction. Are you kidding me? Why on earth would I buy from Knix again. I felt scammed. Zero customer service. Buyer beware. And a female posted a review that her period underwear did not work and she found out the hard way—that’s so sad and humiliating. I feel so bad for everyone who got scammed by this company.”
“I have officially learned my lesson. Do not buy bras from an online store. I have tried 3 different bras and none of them fit properly. Like other reviews, their sizing is way off and they cut into your armpit no matter the cup size. I unfortunately was foolish enough to purchase from the clearance section and now have $$$ invested in three unwearable bras.”

The customer service is incredible, online they responded within a couple of hours with a very friendly and helpful email, and they followed up as well with good advice. I then went into their store in Toronto and the customer service there was just as good. My daughter also loves their period underwear, and they last a very long time. I recommend Knix to all the women in my life!”

“So was ordering some sale items and figured out Knix was recouping $10 of my $20 rewards points to now charge me shipping of $10 when before I applied my rewards points shipping was FREE. Then when I applied my rewards points they added shipping of $10 and also INCREASED the previous expedited shipping from $4.50 to $14.50. SCAM SCAM SCAM!!! SHAME ON THEM! “I ordered one bra that fit perfectly. Then decided to order another one in a different color, exact same size, and I could even get the bra around me. It stopped about 3/4's around my body and wouldn't reach to close the hooks. How could the same bra and same size fit differently. Of course, they wouldn't take it back. They sent me another one, one size larger and it doesn't fit either . The first bra still works but beige color faded quickly and now looks dirty even with washing it in a garment bag with same color clothes. I haven't had the bra one year. Bad material being used and misfit sizing whomever is making the bras in the factory.”

“Bra did not fit properly. They replaced it with a different size. New bra fits but the connectors on the straps are cheaply made and feel like they can let go at any moment. While I think their "donate it" idea is great, it really doesn't matter because they got your $$, won't refund anything (only credit and/or exchange), & the product is sub-par. Don't waste your time or $$.”
