“Receive the bra catalyst bra it ran very small so the sizes that are displayed are not true to fit if you wear plus size do not buy this bra and I did not notice at the time that it was a bra that was unavailable for return so everybody please read your reviews first before you actually spend the kind of money that they charge for this underwear”
“I ordered 4 pairs of underwear in different styles. 2 cut off my circulation and I wanted to exchange them. However, they can only be exchanged for the same style. I've written multiple times and have yet to hear back. I like the bras but they can't be worn with a V-neck shirt as they are too high in the front.
So angry about paying all that money and stuck with underwear I cant wear.”
“I ordered leakproof underwear 10 days ago and haven’t been sent a confirmation email. I was charged for the items but have not received them. When I talked to customer service (which was a nightmare) they said they couldn’t find my order. They placed me another one but same thing, I didn’t get the confirmation email and I have not received my products. I think it’s time to dispute the charge with my credit card company…. 0/10 would not recommend just due to their terrible customer service”
“The bras and under wear run very small. The app is not friendly and trying to figure out how to make a return is difficult, as a matter of fact I still couldn’t figure it out and don’t consider myself having a lack of computer knowledge. Returning an item to a company should take less than a minute or two-if it’s a good app. several weeks of trying to return the bra (you can’t return under wear or else I would have) I resorted to the “Help Line” to no avail. After several weeks of trying to return the bra, I gave up and just threw it away. What a waste of money, however they lost a potential good customer-the whole experience with Knix was awful and I lost money. I’m not surprised they are being sued.”
“I was seriously thinking about buying "leakproof underwear" but I read the reviews first. Doing that saved me a lot of money. I dont like doing business with a merchant that has no customer service, no refunds allowed, and is notorious for poor quality merchandise. The only thing keeping Knix in business are ignorant purchasers & idiots who think the honest bad reviews wouldnt apply to THEM. There must be a lot of people in those two options. I think the Better Business Bureau should step in & shut Knix down. But complaints must come from Knix CUSTOMERS and Knix HAS to be IN the United States. I wont lose money on purpose just to report them to the B.B.B.”
“While I love the panties I purchased, I needed to make an exchange for a smaller size and the return label did not load even though I tried several times. I immediately sent an email as directed, then another the next day, and now a third six days later. I get a "your email is very important to us" auto response but no actual response. I opted for instant exchange where they would immediately send the new items and it would only be charged to my credit card if I didn't make the return by a specific date. However, I cannot make that return without a label. I have tried a chat, but it is only a bot, so no help there either. I cannot find a phone number. So while the product is good, the customer service is very poor.”
“I’ve been interested in trying your bras based on your TV ads. So glad I checked reviews first. Reviews matter, you need to listen to your previous customers if you want new ones. I’ll pass on your merchandise based on customer reviews.”
“Although the period underwear do work they had flaws in the stitching, but we also bought a swimsuit. The swimsuit had pieces of something between the layers that made you look like you had growths. Knix customer service offered a partial credit towards purchasing another item. We now have a swimsuit we won’t wear because people literally stare because of the bumps between the layers. The items we purchased had several flaws and their customer service people offer no exchange, only that they will give a partial credit towards another product. If you purchase something flawed, used your partial credit towards another item that is also flawed, why would anyone purchase yet another flawed product?! We have moved to a different company that actually backs their product with exchanges if flawed.”
“You do not have a return policy for shipped items. We do not have a KNIX store in our area to return my ill-fitting bra to. We must ship it. What is your shipping address for returns? Why is there no customer service department? You do not answer your emails either. What is going on here?”
“Product is okay, pricing high, refund policy not make perfectly clear, essentially only store credit to order more inferior ill fitting product. Plus shipping cost. Not good.
I highly recommend NOT purchasing anything from this Company.”
“As noted by others, the underwear came apart at the seams way too soon.
I have purchased cheap cotton Hanes that outlasted these highly expensive underwear. Not impressed with the longevity for the price. Will not be purchasing them again.”
“Terrible bra, unflattering, pushes breasts down and under my arms. The straps gap and buckle ridiculously, yet cut into my shoulder. Looks terrible under clothing— these are NOT made for shorter, large-busted women. The straps are set out way too far, and will never lay right. The big, built-in, thick pads do nothing to help.”
“I attempted to use their online help to order the current bra I have and love! Their customer service does not exist! It took well over a week to get resolved after I sent photos etc and every time I emailed them I received an evaluation of service email!! I suggested they send me a free bra for all the hassle but no way.
Can’t believe how they stay in business when a current customer wants to purchase more pieces but they don’t respond! Unbelievable really!”
