“I have ordered from Knix in the past and had no problem exchanging an item if the fit was not correct. I recently ordered two bras online which, admittedly, were on sale. I used the sizing recommendation; however, one bra fit perfectly and the second bra was at least one size too large. I contacted the company simply for an exchange; however, they were adamant it was a "final sale". I understand this but I was not looking for a monetary return; I merely wanted to exchange for a bra that would fit. I now own a Knix bra that is too large for me, will never be worn and will be donated. Knix has lost my business.”
“I bought my first Knix bra a year ago and I will never switch! It took a lifetime to find a bra that feels wonderful. I lost 80+ pounds last year and I thought about going with cheap bras during the interim phase but I couldn’t torture myself like that. So I bought a lot of bras from Knix! My favorite is the pullover bra which feels like a wonderful hug. It’s supportive and beautiful. I also wear the adjustable sports bra. Last year I bought a lounge set that is the coziest winter clothing I’ve ever found. Even though it’s too big now I can’t part with it. I hope they make it again. Try a bra, you can send it back if you disagree.”
“I'm mostly writing this because of the crazy price this brand sells their underwear for. They're clearly trying to make a ton of money on everyone with a period. It's a helpful product, and I like that theyre trying to be a more "green" solution but I hate how they make a killing off a product that shouldn't be priced so high. Period products should be affordable or else people are forced to used the non-green ways...whats the point?”
“Definitely not absorbent enough. The commercials are for these underwear being absorbent but the first day with my first wear, I had excess moisture collecting in the panty shield. They also shipped them to a different state than the one I live in after I paid for express shipping and the customer service rep had no idea why. Not worth the money.”
“I just started using these panties yesterday. I put on a clean Knix period panty last night around 11 PM. To my horror, when I woke up in the morning, my knix panty was soaked with blood through and through. The sanitary liner and my pants which I wore on top of my knix panty were really soiled with blood. I am happy this happened overnight and not at work where it would be such a huge embarrassment.
I spent a lot of money to buy 3 panties which are just like regular panties and this morning I am again having to wear panties with liners since the Knix panty leaked as if it was a piece of regular cloth.”
“It is NOT leak proof! I used a pair of Knix Underwear on the first day of my period and I have always had a light period, just as my period began, I leaked through underwear and my jeans. Since this happened, I will never trust and/or purchase another item from this company! BUYER BEWARE!!!”
“My credit card was charge the day of purchase but got no confirmation, only the credit card charged. I still have not received my order and have gotten no response from an email I wrote to inquire about my order. The “ virtual assistant” on their website is a joke. I’m reversing charges and will never attempt another order.”
“Excited to try but they dont offer exchanges for international customers. So you pay for for the product and pay for shipping when other customers get it free but do not have the luxury of sizing mistakes. So if you get the wrong size bad luck for you. Wont buy again”
“The only reason the underwear get one star is because you can't provide a review without one. The premise is a good one. Ditch the "disposable" pads, etc. The problems are multiple. I spent quite a bit of money on the underwear and because they are so expensive, I was very careful to launder wear and them exactly as instructed. Within weeks, not months, the underwear began to bag and sag. They also smelled noticeably within hours. My recommendation to customers is don't waste your money on these. They are not anything like they are advertised to be.”
“The bra strap broke off while wearing it during 4th wear. The second strap was on its way to breaking also - it literally raveled on the back by the elastic and clasp. Disappointed - waste of my money.”
“I got a new pair of underwear, followed the washing instructions, laid flat to dry, and then the colour ran through. They now look like a dirty pair of panties, and given they were not cheap, I'm disappointed. What I'm really not happy with is I've tried several emails and keep getting "I can't see a defect" from the customer service. Lesson learned. If anybody has a recommendation for a better company, I'd be glad to hear about it.”
“Worst design EVER! This is a zip front bra but it has a hook&eye clasp in back as well. No amount of adjusting can get rid of the gaps at the back clasp, front band, straps and sides because of that clasp which also makes it hard to put on. It is the most UNcomfortable bra I have ever experienced. Even after exchanging for other sizes, there is no improvement. PLUS it is NOT returnable. So it is both the worst purchase as well as the most uncomfortable bra. Biggest mistake ever”
“These are the absolute worst panties I have ever bought, and very costly. I have incontinence issues, have been wearing another brand but thought these were so cute, so I decided to try them. I bought 4 pair of the hip huggers, they do nothing but roll, front and back, plus they are so thin. I thought I would try the overnight ones in the boy shorts. OMG, the smell by the afternoon was horrific. Since there is no refunds, I am trashing a couple of hundred dollars worth of nothingness. SAVE your money!”
“They really work. I hated using pads every month. Now that I have knix period underwear it saves me from the pads that make me feel I was wearing a diaper. I don't even realize i am wearing period underwear. Which id great.”
