“This was my first time ordering from knots and I was completely satisfied with the overall experience. The customer journey of booking online was great with good email status update right up to delivery . It was for my bestie birthday and the flower arrangements was absolutely stunning, gorgeous and beautiful. She was thrilled with her flowers and loved it upon receiving. You made my friend’s birthday great. Thanks you so much. My one complaint was the standee accompanied the flowers should change to Happy Birthday rather than Happy Anniversary as it was stated as a Birthday gift Overall,I’m still very satisfied with the service and will definitely order again.”

“This is my second purchase from this shop! They consistently deliver beautiful flowers with secured packaging! There were some stains on the mini envelope of the letter, but it still looks presentable. Overall, everything looks amazing. I highly recommend ordering from this store!”

“The flowers are beautiful and the bouquet looked exactly as pictured. First time to order from this shop and I have no regrets. The arrangements look special and unique (I got “You’re my Devotion” for my daughter), unlike the ones from other flower shops that tend to look alike and just try to impress you with the big boxes. The flowers and even the leaves were all beautiful. They still look fresh even a day after, without being placed in a vase, despite the Manila heat (caveat: flowers were in an air-conditioned room). I also liked the special touch of getting the bag with the small wooden pin. Small things with big impact. Will definitely order again!”
