Sorry, was not impressed with my order. Nothing "shimmery" about the rose, and frankly, most of them look wilted. It's my 2nd time to order from you, and both times, the flowers i got were brown on some parts and look wilted. I usually order from another site and i havent experienced it from them. I re-ordered to see if my first order was just a fluke, but i guess, i just dont choose the right 'sturdy' flowers from your selction.

While the arrangement was beautiful, most of the flowers only lasted a couple days. My mom had several arrangements delivered the same day for her 89th birthday. Yours was the first one to go bad. Thanks, Ellen Burgett

The flowers were lovely but arrived after my girlfriend had left for work after 2pm ,so the surprise for her was gone, they were very apologetic but it ruined the day ,I can’t fault the flowers though in any way excellent .

Easy to purchase and book. In general, the flowers arrived in good condition. However, one flower fell off into the paper bag before the lala move driver passed it to me.

The flowers are very beautiful. But the delivery service failed to notify the recipient by not calling. The flower stayed in the guardhouse for 12 hours since the landline that day is not working. I even gave 2 mobile numbers to ensure that receiving the flowers will be smooth. Hoping that they would take into consideration that flowers are very sensitive.

the pink rose in the center of nicolette is almost wilted, and some of the baby breath flowers are not well coated with purple color. the packaging is presentable.

This is my third order from Knots.ph and the first two orders were amazing. Todays was my most expensive order and for my Fiancés birthday. Fortunately, the flowers look beautiful. Unfortunately, there was a balloon missing and the small cake was half collapsed and quite ugly. I’ll give the benefit of the doubt and order again, as should everyone. But I only give two strikes, not three, before you’re out. Please be like you once were.

The bouquet of flowers was so small and I didn't expect it to be like that. It didn't have the wow factor. :( Maybe you can add dimensions in the description and also a photo of a person holding it for scale.

Kind of disappointed that I was informed on the day of delivery that the vase included was unavailable. You should have said ahead of time. Part of the reason why I chose my order is because of the vase, it was partly why it was appealing.

First time buyer here. Website looks awesome and easy to navigate. Chat box powered by messenger is available but replied by a bot. Would appreciate if someone can reply to queries. I sent a few but no replies. No personal/human touch. ** Checking out and payment can be improved. If you go to the payments page and the payment option is not appropriate for you, your basket contents for checkout disappears and you have to click the item again, check out and re-fill in the details again. Quality of the flowers are excellent! My wife loved the tulips bouquet. Thankyou so much!***** However, half are already opened/bloomed. The netting may have fallen off these buds and with the temperature caused it to open already. Understandable as coming from Makati area and my delivery area is Fairview, QC. Could improve on delivery service-- Lalamove from Makati to Fairview, QC? Better with company owned small reefer vans based from experience to ensure fresh looking beautiful flowers or my delivery area is too far to ensure perfect quality bouquets*** Overall, above average experience. *** Thank you so much

Delivery schedule - on time Delivery service - quick and smooth - they outsource it from Lalamove so I was informed before it was delivered and when it arrived Product a) The flowers I bought itself was really great. How it looked in the photos was exactly how it arrived. Loved the arrangement and the quality of the flowers! b) The packaging was unsatisfactory though. The flowers and chocolate I bought were put in a brown paper bag with special papers inside (I assume for wrapping/filling). Because it was delivered through Lalamove/motorcycle), the flower (which was in a mason jar filled with water)- the one i chose to buy, moved around a lot in the paper bag and the water spilled over the brown paper bag. Hence, the brown paper bag and everything inside was drenched in water and destroyed the paper bag. - I already gave this as feedback to the one from their team who coordinated with me via Viber. - Told them that it was not a big deal because the flowers were intact - which is really what's important - Sayang lang! I had to find something to put it in because I wasn't gonna give the flowers and chocolate as is. Haha!

The flowers were already slightly withered upon arrival. Also, the dedication card contained typos and errors.

I ordered 2 flowers to be delivered to different address not knowing that there should be 2 different order numbers, this info could have been made clearly :-(

The purchasing part was seamless. The flowers that came was a bit wilted because the shop did not provide water tubes for each of the steam. They should include that to their services.
