“I placed and ordered 14 pairs of underwear and was really excited to try them out. They took a little while to come but that wasn't an issue. They are all pretty but sadly do not fit despite me chosing the correct sizing, they are smaller then usual that size. Disppaointed.”
“Not for me, too short in the leg and so scrunch up and become uncomfortable. Material is lovely and patterns great. Sadly look wonderful but ,for me, did not deliver on comfort at all. I have other similar items from another brand that are longer in leg and super comfy obviously a mater of taste and body shape.”
“The sizes are way off I went for my usual bra size(38DD), for the brallette it turned up with no support and doesn’t suit someone with a slightly bigger bust. The underwear I went for the size suitable for 16/18 and it is way too small
More like a 12/14. Asking for a refund is pointless as they won’t give it to you. (I wasn’t expecting for the pants) but for the bralettes I couldn’t understand why. All I was allowed was store credit which is useless considering the items don’t suit my body and shape so I’ve basically wasted £65 for nothing.”
“Fabrics/products feel cheap. Sizing is not great on any of the items. Sizing charts don't seem to match with UK sizing, especially the bra sizing was terrible. I wouldn't order from again.”

Buying: I asked about the sizing chart as it definitely looked like they had a mix up somewhere. I was advised to order my usual size.
Order: It took some time to arrive but I wasn't disappointed in that. The packaging had way too much plastic, bags in bags, in a bag.
Quality and actual underwear: not great at all. Too small, non stretchy so dig in. No matter how much they say that are true to size, they are not!
The seems don't include all the material so there are holes and baggy bits as it's not attached as it should be.
Customer service: non existent! nobody will respond back to me to help me now they've had £70+ off me. I had one message which stated they are true to size before I ordered and they won't respond on insta, Facebook, messenger etc.
Just avoid!”
