“I love their underwear, however, their post-purchase set up and customer service leave something to be desired.
After I made my purchase, an automated offer populated and I thought I clicked decline, but accidently clicked yes. There was no confirm purchase option, was automatically purchased with one click, and the item was $50. There was no way to modify or cancel my order at all. I emailed cusomter service immediately and they said it was automated and they also couldn't cancel or modify the order either. They responded about 12 hours after my email. I also could not return the items after they arrived because they were undergarments, which I understand but also - how is there no way to modify my order? Customer service was no help and did not reply to my last email. I am extremely disappointed in how this was handled and will now reconsider any future purchases.”
“Material excellent. Attention to detail along seems seems to be very good. However, I used the sizing chart with my current measurements. I was In between two sizes, I went with the larger size and they’re a little big so if I choose to purchase in the future, I would definitely go down a size. One of my measurement numbers was in a larger size, and one of my measurement numbers was in a smaller size. If this is you go with the smaller size of the two.”
“Super comfy material!!! Waist band rolls down and legs scrunch up. Got the recommended size and my normal size. Both ride up and roll down. Going to try something other than short style, cause the material is heavenly and I REALLY want these to work”
“Love the fabric and designs - unfortunately the elastic bands are pretty tight - tighter than other women boxer brands i've tried. Would love for there to be a little more give on the bands so it doesn't cut into me”
“Both sizes of boxers and undies I ordered arebtoo big. I reached out to customer service to see if they might be willing to help with getting the right sizes and the person just kept asking how he could help even after I let him know the problem. I really didn't see a reason to keep trying. The boxers do keep things dry, that could also just be that they are so big that can't actually feel the moisture.”

As for the other things, not so much. I wasn't expecting great quality from the novelty Halloween sets, but they were low shein quality one size L bra was literally 4 inches longer than another size L bra. Pretty disappointed.”
“I ordered two different bralettes which are both fabulous, comfortable and mostly true to size (they ran a little big on me) as well as 3 different pairs of underwear. All three pairs run very small, and one pair has already fallen apart before the second wash.”
“I was really excited to get my order. One of the thongs I got I wore it one time and all the little crystals came off as I was taking it off. Some of the underwear I ordered was supposed to be a brief, but they seemed like hipsters, but the boxers and bralettes fit great and are extremely comfortable. Would love to see more bras in 3X”

“3 stars because the products are very comfy. The size charts are not accurate. My items are much too large. Customer service said no returns which led to a credit that only worked on full price items which led to me actually having to say how unfair that was as I ordered sale items. They did send items to replace the original order after multiple emails. The shady credit and intentionally sassy email responses from their staff have me never ordering from them again.”
