“I love them. Because of other brands I ordered a much larger size than I needed but it’s ok. I wear a 3xl and usually other brands they don’t fit they are smaller so just in case I ordered a 5xl, nope I will be reordering in a 3xl because I know they will fit and be just as comfortable. The material is so soft and breathable.”
“I’m a plus size with large hanging stomach due to medical problems. Finding underwear is hard and in a plus size and actually fit. The only issue is the material slides and you need to pull them up. I love the colors”
“3 stars because the products are very comfy. The size charts are not accurate. My items are much too large. Customer service said no returns which led to a credit that only worked on full price items which led to me actually having to say how unfair that was as I ordered sale items. They did send items to replace the original order after multiple emails. The shady credit and intentionally sassy email responses from their staff have me never ordering from them again.”
“Had a swimsuit show up damaged. Asked if I could upgrade my shipping within 10 minutes of placing the order and was told no because it was prepping for shipment which I could understand,... then it didn't ship for 6 business days. No returns or exchanges so I ended up with 2 of the same swimsuit because even though my measurements were supposed to work perfect for one size, still needed to size up. Not the worst, but not exactly thrilled.”
“I'm consistently disappointed by the quality of the products from Knotty. I have purchased many different fabric styles with my most recent purchase being the modal. I was immediately disappointed with how scratchy the fabric was, but I shouldn't have been surprised since everything I've gotten from this brand is unwearable scratchy and too small.”
