“Order a bunch of different boxer boyshorts & am beyond disappointed. They looked like they would come down lower on the leg but was not the case. I totally understand not being able to return worn underwear, but i should be able to return the 5 unopened pairs that i will literally never wear.. 1/10, would not order ever again.”
“I have yet to receive my order, almost a month since placing it. The shipping says it’s still sitting in preshipment. I contacted the company to ask what was going on with my order, and got zero response. Posted a comment on one of their Facebook posts and not a peep. I’ll start contacting them daily at this point, just to try and get someone to answer me.”
“I’d be happy to write a review if, in fact, I’d received the products I purchased on December 31. One item was out of stock. I came to a resolution with Knotty to send a “surprise” item on January 10. There have been no updates and tracking still shows that a shipping label was created on Jan 3 but the carrier has not received a package. Today is Jan 16. Almost a week after they said it was successfully resolved and no communication or updates to tracking. So I can’t review the product.”
“I still have not received my order. When I check the tracking from the email provided it just says label created. I’m not really sure what’s going on. The label was created on 1-2-25 I ordered it on 12-27-24. I was very excited to find another company that may possible be my new go to for underwear but with this process as of now I don’t think I’ll be making any future purchases at this moment.”
“I'm actually really upset because customer service doesn't listen or help. I ordered on 12/27 and nothing has arrived yet. I received an email almost 10 days later that an item was missing from my order and did I want to do. I said either ship the alternative overnight since I still hadn't received my order or refund it.
They chose to send it the slowest way possible because NOTHING is here yet. No one is listening and I am off to dispute the charge with Amex. I've ordered before from here - no issues, but this is just ridiculous.”
“The panties were very poor quality. I got a mix of styles and they were all rather terribly made you can easily tell they are low quality mass produced. For plus size they do not have enough stretch, the material retains too much moisture. The seams all roll and they fall down easily inside pants. Overall would not purchase again.”
