“Terrible.
I ordered on Dec 23rd and received confirmation of shipping on December 27th.
In January 9th, I was informed 2 of the 7 pairs of underwear I ordered were not in stock and only offered a replacement (of almost no selection in my size) or store credit, which is in violation of the consumer protection act which requires the company to offer the consumer a refund when they are unable to fulfill the contract negotiated at the time of sale.
I did not hear back for almost 48 hours and only when I escalated the issue. When offered a partial refund for the out of stock pairs, I immediately started that I would prefer a full refund.
Two days later, I was told that this wasn't possible as the order has shipped. First they violated the contract originally negotiated. Secondly, if it has actually shipped, it likely had not when I wrote two days previously. Finally, according to their own tracker, the order still has not shipped.
Terrible customer service. I have no interest in the product.”

I only received the single of each.. I complained.. their only solution was for me to pay and extra $6.78
I then paid this amount on Dec.10, 2024... I have not received my freebies as yet (Jan 9: 2015)”

“Still no delivery of an order placed in early December. Like every other company out there, they should have used an alternative shipping method yet when I asked to cancel an item since it hadn’t been shipped I was told no because it had been processed. That was the end of December. Now January 8 and still no package ordered on December 2. Cancelled subscription too. Thought I would give them a second chance after not being happy with some of the underwear the first time I had a subscription, ordered a cute pair for Christmas and started a new subscription and this was it. Still not here, super not happy and will not be purchasing from you ever again. Many other places to get cute affordable underwear that you actually get to choose.”
“I placed an order November 27th, it's now January 7th and the order is still listed an unfulfilled. I have received no communication from Knotty on when I can expect my order by, and they seem unwilling to cancel the order and refund the money.”
