“I love this subscription but I don't find tgen overly exciting and I had a lot of doubles which sucks. Also because of mail strike im missing my order for a month if not two! The other thing i don't like much is the site where you log in to see about orders all of them day unfulfilled so it's never up to date! I may take a break for a while and see if some of these issues get fixed as I do love the idea and concept!”
“I'm excited about the underwear but I'm disappointed in the customer service.
I ordered the wrong size and sent a note right away, someone did respond that day and nothing since. I just reordered the right size because, again, I'm excited about the underwear. The lack of communication and resolution though has been less than ideal.”
“Very decent quality. Also like the style variety. My finance loves it. Our one request would be add a few more cotton or similar material into the naughty thong package and not always lacy just give choices.”
“For the most part the service has been great but I am still waiting for my December 2024 and January 2025 subscription of underwear to come I know that there was a Canada Post strike and I know that there's a backlog of packages to be delivered and mail in general since the Canada Post strike ended

Sometimes the material is pretty poop.
And sometimes the patterns are super tight for the size that they are, as well as the patterns can look like an old woman. They should add ages too to help with mystery preferences.”
“Items are usually hit or miss sometimes with sizes and stretch and there has been about 6 months in how ever many years I’ve been doing this .. where I have collectively not received my order in mail every 3 months or so it says sent but I never receive . Thought maybe post office is stealing them or you guys forget to send not sure .. but sadly every so often the don’t arrive . I still keep my subscription as I appreciate the new styles when I’m send ones with good material and good stretch and don’t have too crazy long of a crotch area .. I am Xl wide but not down there … 😅🤷♀️✨”

I will wear as sleeper shorts but depending on the type you choose you may need to adjust your size from the size chart!”
“Shipping was quick, pieces were nice. Although the chocker came "broken", there was nothing connected the handcuffs together holding the chocker together.”
“The design could use some improvement; the elastics are quite tight on the waist and don't fit with the size of the actual boxer. The pouch in the front is also looser thant the rest, which for me, as I trans person, I don't complain too much about because it leaves a bit of room for packing. But since the majority of Knotty's marketing is geared toward cis-women, I think that might be annoying for them. Other wise the prints are cute and fabric soft and comfortable.”
