“I recieved a wrong item in my order, I reached out and was given a credit to replaced said item. However, the item I was supposed to get is now out of stock. And the ones similar to it have now gone up in price. Also the credit didn't cover tax or shipping. So in order to get the item I ordered, I now have to wait for it to come back in stock, or order one at a higher price, and pay taxes and shipping on-top of it. So I'm definitely disappointed in the customer service. Sure crediting me was a nice gesture, but I would have gathered they sent me the item I ordered (or if not in stock asked me which pattern I wanted instead) so that I could avoid the shipping and tax etc.”
“I really enjoy the variety of underwear that I receive each month. The quality isn't the best and I'm finding i have to put small stitches in myself to repair certain pieces. I can't expect too much though for the price that they are.”

“Cotton undies with the thick strap were great but every lace piece I ordered was sub par. Straps and under lining out of place and extra pieces not trimmed properly. Mostly good quality and good delivery time but was disappointed with the lace pieces.”
“I love my knickers from Knotty! I had a subscription for a few years and I had oodles of undies so I ended up canceling my subscription. Recently I decided to renew it because I was getting low again. Super thrilled with the new designs and love that my panty drawer is filling up and I have so many options to choose from again. 🤗”
“Love the seamless undies, they fit really well and are comfortable.
The only negatives feedback is that the underwear crotch lining gusset is white when I’d prefer it to be dark color, and on the panties that it’s glued, the gusset is already coming apart after one or two washes.”

The only downfall is there isn't a lot of cotton ones sent. So many lace that rip pretty easily.”
“Sizing was accurate. Bralette and boxers are very soft but I find that the waistband does roll over sometimes. Shipping was incredibly slow! Order here (Ontario) then ordered from a competitor in the US (Kentucky) a couple days later and they had the faster shipping.”
