“The sizing chart is way off base. The boxers fit way too big and the bralet too small. I ordered “buy 1 get 2 free” which is apparently a misnomer as I only received 1.

Bought a brief, a flown boxer and a bralette. Love them! Bought 6 more pair of knickers! Soft, cooling and feel very light. Like the fun patterns too. They wash well too. Great choice for me.”

I ordered AiraModal panties and received a pair with holes in the gusset/bum seam. Unfortunately didn’t see this within 5 days of receiving the order, so the best Customer Service could do was offer a modest discount for a future purchase.
I just don’t think that I would bother ordering these cheap products again. The disappointment is real.”
