“My fiancé wanted a fun floral bow tie for the wedding I’m so happy I found this place! The shipping was fast and it was so fun getting to customize the bow tie with what colors we wanted! Definitely would recommend to anyone wanting a fun tie for any occasion!”

“The colors of the ties were way off from the pictures AND the color chart. I practically wasted $$$ because idk when my fiancé can use these ties. They sure can’t be used for our wedding because they don’t match the bridesmaid dresses at all”

“We had so much fun designing my fiance's tie!! We picked a matching pocket square for him and we are SO pleased with how it looks now that we received it. We initially put in the incorrect zip code, so our package was returned to the sender. When we reached out to customer service, they were super prompt in responding, letting us know that as soon as they receive it, they'd ship it out to the updated shipping address, without extra charge. We are so happy we went with Knotty Tie Co!”

“The knotty tie provided an amazing opportunity to create a one of a kind tie for my wedding. After spending so much time matching colors and waiting on the ties to ship the colors were not arranged how we had designed them. After reaching out to Danielle at Knotty Tie they remade the ties and made sure they arrived in time for the big day. The customer service was exceptional and they delivered a truly outstanding product.”

“The cancellation and return policy is completely backwards and the opposite of customer-first. On most sites I've used, cancellations, especially before the item is sent, are the norm. You sacrifice a product for customer loyalty. At knotty, they have someone hand knit your tie apparently with how long it takes, then when you want to cancel or return they say, no, sorry, and worst of all they use the environment as an excuse.”

Hi Juan, Thanks for sharing your experience. Our cancellation policy is different than many other companies as we do print, cut, and sew our neckties and other items to order. This sustainable manufacturing process prevents us from creating inventory that could go to waste and also allows us provide our customers with thousands of design and color customization options. Once orders are in production, we are unable to offer cancellations as the material has already been printed in your designs and our sewing team has already spent their time hand crafting your products to your specifications. “Super cool experience for my fiance (now husband) to design his own tie! I was very excited when I saw that they color matched with the company that my Bridesmaids were purchasing their dresses from. Made the experience nice and easy for us and the tie came out AWESOME!”

“I ordered a custom-designed tartan pattern tie. It was a little complicated and I worried that their process might not produce a sharp enough image. I was worried for no reason. The tied turned out perfectly. This is the second tie I've ordered custom-designed. Very pleased with the whole process. I received timely text updates on the process and shipping.”

“Perfect tie! I ordered two different ties to match my bridesmaids dresses from two different companies. The Knotty Tie was the winner! It matches so perfect and looks great. I ordered to match Azazie Butterscotch color. It does take a while to arrive after ordered but that is stated on the website as you order so that was no surprise!”
