“It is pretty but too small for my face. You need to make them wider (taller) and I would prefer straps around the ears.”

“Way overpriced. I thought this was a local company but my mask was shipped from Las Vegas Nevada. That does not meet the definition of local when you live in Colorado. Again, did I mention way overpriced.”

“Mask was too small for a non-obese male. Also, I think the features (e.g. width of elastic or a nose metal strip) could have been better for the price. I did like the fabric.”

“I’m sorry to say that I’m not that happy with the masks. I went with the suggested sizing for the masks and I got 2 of each. They were all too small for us. Pushed our noses down. I ended up cutting the elastic and sewing them by hand to make straps for the ears. I was also disappointed because we ordered these more expensive masks in an effort to support a local business in Colorado and when we got the masks they had been mailed from out of state. I had no issue with the slow delivery because of the high volume of orders but when I found out that it came from out of state that didn’t make me very happy.”

“It took a while to get the masks and once we got them and tried them on we discovered that they are not very comfortable. They are to tight and hurt our ears.”

“The mask is too tight. You can’t breath very easily. And I don’t like how it goes around your head. It was also very expensive. I would not recommend ordering.”

“Found this place via an articled I read online. I liked that they are helping people and Made in America so I ordered a 4 masks of various patterns to have a little fun since this is going to be the new normal. Thought the price was a bit steep but didn't mind helping keep folks employed for a good cause. Each mask that I received has a small whole in the side of the mask for some reason. I did contact the company and sent them a picture and they said they will send me new masks. Until I receive the new mask without a holes, they get a "poor" rating and I can't recommend them to my friends.”

“The masks I ordered were kinda crude for their price. Listing made it seems like they would come with a filter. It didn't, I had to order it seperately. The fitting of them is also too small. It barely covers my nose and mouth properly. If I had known this I would not have ordered them. For $30 i could have ordered 2-3 masks from other companies.”

“My order was placed on 4/15/2020 it is now 4/28/2020 and I have not received my order. I live in Denver and Knotty Tie is in Denver also. I assumed my order would be here within their 5-9 day period. But no. I do not have a tracking number so I have no idea when I will receive my order. Customer service told me to give it another 4 days on the 24th. Well here I am with no order.”

“Didn't have the best experience unfortunately. Shipping and time it took was less than ideal, but of course given the current situation, we cannot be too upset about something that can't be controlled. However, when we received the masks, one of them came with a little rip/tear in the elastic band. Frustrated that we paid as much as we did for a subpar item, and because of how long they took, we didn't see the value in trying to return this item and get a new one. So as mentioned, we did not have a great experience.”

“1. The masks I received had no filter pockets. 2. AND, I did not receive any filters at all I was expecting the masks to ALL have filter pockets in them. That was the whole purpose of buying these.”
