“My initial order of pocket squares for my weedding were incorrect when I received them. Fortunately, Knotty Tie Co. remade all of my pocket squares correctly at no additional cost. The replacements arrived quickly and they were perfect. The folks who fixed this for me were responsive, polite and very helpful.”

“I was nervous about ordering bowties and ties online without being able to see them in person, but they are beautiful! The quality is excellent, the fabric feels great! The colour was also exactly as they advertised. We chose a colour that was listed as matching an Azazie colour and the ties look phenomenal with the Azazie bridesmaids dresses. So pleased with the products! The packaging was also great and arrived ahead of the predicted delivery date. The boxes are very cute and we appreciated the eco friendly approach!”

“The color customer is fun to play with. The duration from purchase to my doorstep was faster than expected. Mind you I had 12 different color customized ties, and it took I think less than 7 days. (From Colorado to the East Coast.) What is annoying is that if you "design" a tie, that tie is put into a different cart than the color customized ties. Also designed ties have a $20 fee in addition to the $60 price tag. I ultimately did not order a designed tie. FYI: Designed ties are ties you upload a design/artwork/ideas to. The Knotty team then puts that design onto a tie. Color customized ties are ties with a pattern/artwork already on them, but you can change the colors on the pattern/artwork.”
