“It’s incredibly hard to get a hold of customer service. I was offered an option to upgrade my shipping (after already paying $9 to ship) to receive my items in time. After responding to the representative (Jaymie) hoping to facilitate the new shipping arrangement, I have heard nothing. Unfortunately, the way mail is going, I am not sure if I will have my ties in time for my wedding. I’m disappointed because I’m sure they are beautiful ties.”

“I'm really glad I chose the Knotty Tie for my wedding. First, their website's user interface is simple to use and makes a huge difference in picking the right tie. In particular, the color matching swatch that they mailed me in advance was the only way it was possible for me to get the right color match. This aspect of their service is impeccable. I was therefore able to design a tie for my groomsmen that both matched the bridesmaid's dresses and incorporated elements of my venue's theme (i.e., a moose for Yellowstone!). When the ties showed up, they looked great and fit my groomsmen well. Additionally, they really pop in the wedding pictures! For designing custom wedding ties, I looked at a lot of companies and I'm glad I chose the Knotty Tie—I think they are the best for custom wedding ties.”

“The Knotty Tie team made ordering the perfect groomsmen ties a piece of cake! After creating some custom ties and checking out a sample swatch on my own, I came to the Knotty Tie Team with a specific design request to figure out a way to make a few different ties using just two colors to create Groomsmen ties that looked cohesive but were unique to each of my guys. Daniela, Anna, and Jaymie all helped me pick the right colors for my ties, get them mocked up in proofs, and sent me samples to make sure the very specific vision in my head could be brought to life. Not only was the creation process with them convenient and easy, the final product also looks amazing! My groomsmen are all going to be super excited! Thank you all for helping me create such an awesome part of my wedding day!”

“We were looking to order new corporate ties and scarves but were having a hard time choosing a neutral color scheme. Knotty Tie's team was able to help us with a color example to go along with the ones we created. I ordered swatches of 3 versions and received them in a very timely manner. We liked 2 of them a lot and ended up ordering both.”

“The color was advertised as a match to Azazies "butterscotch" while it is close, it is not a match. They are different. Unfortunately I don't have time to replace.”

“The bow tie didn’t seem high enough quality for the cost. For example, there was a discoloration on the front of our ordered bow tie almost looking like a glue stain.”

“We placed our order for 2 Standard Length ties, 1 Long Length tie and 1 pocket square on July 25th. Our order was delivered August 11th. These items were chosen with the ability to customize to our liking, which we did take full advantage on. Our Wedding is September 24th, our wedding colours are a dark green and dark purple. The Ties were customized with purple, and the 1 pocket square for my husband-to-be was dark green. We've been using fabric swatches provided by Azazie to try and match. Knotty Tie has colours to match with Azazie which made our customization process much more pleasant and simple. Come the time of deliver, we opened each one to find the most beautiful details, and the colours were do vibrant and a perfect match. I can't wait to have our Groomsmen and my husband to be in these matching ties. The pocket square was also a fun play with a different pattern, and the different colour is sure to POP! Amazing job Knotty Tie 10/5 stars if I could.”
