“The website is so much fun! I needed to chat with costumer service regarding my design and the woman was very prompt and helpful. My only complaint is that some of the stitching on the tie seems loose. I can see the white thread. Fortunately, it is only on a section that will not be seen. Overall, I am very happy with my experience.”

“All three ties are great. Just a reminder to those if you living outside of USA. All duties and taxes are due at the door u[on delivery. Best to advise in your sales presentation.”

“I like what Knottie Tie is doing and the customization. I will say the quality is pretty low, if I saw it in a store I wouldn't pay close to $50. The value is really just in the customizing, not the materials.”

“The process was easy to choose custom colors. Love that option especially for special events. Choose colors carefully because mine turned out a little less green and more teal than I wanted. But overall I am satisfied.”

“The pillow is pretty. I love that it's removable so we can throw it in the wash. I didn't pay attention to dimensions listed honestly, so I was surprised at how small it was when it arrived. $50 was a lot for this size, but I'm happy to support a small business whenever I can.”

“The ties, bow ties, and pocket squares were of good quality. I deducted a star because I ordered two different colors of ties, but they weren't marked accordingly. I had to open (and mark) 90+ items to account for what I ordered.”

“The ties are nice, though the colours are definitely far brighter and more vibrant than I hoped for based on how they appeared on the website. I didn't have time to order a fabric sample, though I wish I had as the colours on the website (and even the fabric type) appear different and more muted than they are in reality. I do wish that the company offered better discounts for the volume of your order. I ordered 5 ties and 5 pocket squares, and only a $20 discount could be offered. Oh well. Overall good ties and an easy process to customize.”
