“Extremely responsive when I place an order and shipment is quick and when expected. I have switched much of my pet orders for our two Pomeranians to Koa's and so far so good. As to the Wellness brands, my only issue is with packaging on some product such as the small breed Turkey grains for seniors. Once you open the bag, the seal doesn't stay shut again. They like the grain so I have to repack but again that's a Wellness issue, not Koa.”

“I love this cat litter. It is the best I have ever used. It has fantastic odor control. My cat box is in my living room and no one knows it is there. That is how good it is. I am very pleased with Koa's house pet supplies service and costs of pet supplies.”

“My dog absolutely loves this product!! She won't eat her kibble unless this is mixed into it and it seems to provide extra nutrition. It is pricey but much more convenient than actual raw food.”

“We started giving our kitten this food right after we adopted him based on a recommendation from one of the representatives of Koa's House. Our kitten is healthy and happy and yells at us until he gets his food now. We will definitely move to the adult food with this brand and company when he's ready.”
