Do not order corningware online and have it delivered. Tried twice to both of my 60 th anniversary casserole dishes arriving broken in pieces. Then I was told they had no more and I was out of luck.

If there was 0 zero ziltz nada stars I would be happily grade them with that. Large order twice and did not honor kohls cash. Customer service extremely unhelpful and inconsiderate. Corporate America at its worst.

ABSOLUTELY WORST COMPANY EVER!!!! THEY SHIPPED MY ITEM WITHOUT A SHIPPING BOX/PACKAGING, DELIVERED TO MY HOUSE WITHOUT ANY BOX COVERING THE ITEM. WORST PART WAS THE ITEM WAS A GIFT AND THE PERSON I WAS GIFTING IT TOO SAW IT BECAUSE IT WAS SHIPPED AND DELIVERED WITHOUT A BOX!!!! THIS IS ALSO HOW PEOPLE GET THEIR STUFF STOLEN!!!! HOW CAN YOU SHIP ORDERS WITHOUT PUTTING IT INTO A SHIPPING BOX OR ANY TYPE OF PACKAGING. THE LEAST YOU COULD HAVE DONE WAS INFORMED ME THE ITEM WILL BE SHIPPED WITHOUT A SHIPPING BOX! NEVER EVER EVER PURCHASING FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN!!!

Horrible customer service. This is the 2nd time they are not showing my payment as received. I'm not made aware of it until the next statement. It showed up on my credit report! Now I have other credit cards and other monthly payments, this is the only blemish I've had on my report in over 20 years! One payment I mailed in and the other I did over their phone payment system! Don't trust them and be aware that they will ruin your perfect credit rating over this poor excuse of a store. I called their customer service and even with my account's good standing for years now, I was treated poorly and as if it was my error. This account is NOT worth it! Too many issues!

We ordered Christmas gifts on line one was a pair of me s light weigh shoes & I was so disappointed the box arrived in a plastic bag…. Box is all torn apart for me to wrap for Christmas as a gift. I will not order on line from them. I have a cast so it’s hard to shop in the store. But love Kohl’s buy it how they ship items.

it appears my experience was not unusual. Just trying to talk to someone is a hassle. Then when I got the lovely overseas operator I lost her and operator two answered but the echo was sooo awful I asked him for a direct number I could call back on. He very willingly gave me a number which didn't exist. Long story short the carrier service, lasership, is as bad as Kohls! It said my package was delivered ,it wasn't. And now I got an email that in just 30 short days they will credit my account for the merchandise I never received. Ugh! Never again.

Women's Gloria Vanderbilt Amanda High-Waisted Bootcut Jeans I always buy these jeans. I bought another pair because they were almost half off the regular price. This time the pair was not even close to being a "boot-cut" The bottom was greatly flared at bottoms. Tag says bootcut. I am very disappointed.

I ordered the sweet home collection 1500 thread count. I was so disappointed with them. I put them on my bed and there is a tear in the flat sheet, loose thread all over the sheets, 1 of the king size pillow cases is un sewn, and I ordered beige which looks yellow. Customer Service doesn't even respond back to you. I was very excited to open a charge with Khols but now all I want to do is cancel it.

Placed an online order on the 15 of October. Recieved 4 of the 9 items. Called and got someone from India that I couldn't understand. She said my items were on there way. She needed all 5 items that I purchased which I'm assuming she ordered for me again. Keep in mind I've already been charged for these items that I've never received. I called back on Monday the first of November. Talked to someone from India again. She said one of my items had been taken off my order which I still was charged for and never received. She also wanted my 5 items again! I told her I wanted to talk to a supervisor and she said they were busy and they would call me back which never happened. I'm very disappointed with the online services. My daughter and I have been shopping with Kohl's for years and spent lots of money. I guess my lesson is don't use online shopping with them. How can they charge your account if you don't get the merchandise!!

I entered gift card code on my order, then after placing the order noticed my credit card had been charged rather than gift card. Called customer service and they canceled order and then reordered using my gift card. Unfortunately, because my "Kohl's cash had been used ($40) on my original order ( and you must cancel within 30 minutes which I did) it was not available on the reorder, FORTY DOLLARS, gone! Of course, it expires today, again FORTY DOLLARS gone. Kohls USE to be great, so disappointing now. Telling family no more gift cards from KOHLs. Amazon much easier to deal with.

These crooks are making me wait an extra six days for items that should have arrive five days ago!! Received one item out a 5 item order, supposedly if the items do not arrive in the next six days I will receive a refund. What a bunch of idiots!! This was my first time to order from them and it will be my last!!

I signed up for a Kohl's credit card since I shopped there a lot. Afterwards I started receiving spam calls every day. After being a customer for 20 years, I wont be shopping here anymore. I cannot respect a business who sells peoples personal information for money.

First time ordered from kohl.com cause i needed some suitcases. Horrible experience orders were cancelled shorty after when I called the costumer service to find out why some Indian man answered fine just some guy doing his job but then he transfers me to another person asking all kind of questions. My address, email, card number, then all of sudden he wants to send me several digit code to my cell so i can verify it back to him ??? Remind you all I asked was why the order was canceled item out of stock or is it my address has problem etc.. my order number and email address should be enough for him. Why does he wanna send me code to my cell? Felt like I’m on one of those scammers calls especially after i heard scammers do that to break into your personal accounts after you repeat back the codes to them. I’m running from this fishy website especially now that I see all these negative reviews. Btw like others mentioned they also send me emails saying my account is locked because someone tried many incorrect passwords just an hour after I created the account. Even if the company might be legit I’m not surprised if the people work in there doing some fishy business. Why do they transfer my call to india or wherever it’s not like they are AT&T

Getting BLM, Attorney General, better business bureau and other relevant organizations involved along with a good law firm! This company is RACIST, DISGUSTING, discriminating, incompetent and should be ready for it's worst PUBLIC relations nightmare!!! Anyone can have a bad day BUT I am saying this after speaking with 5 of their employees which INCLUDED two SUPERVISORS! I have never dealt with such horrible people and it is time to BOYCOTT Kohl's as a company and file lawsuits against them. It's sometimes hard for people of color to get credit... they took RACIAL ABUSE to a whole NEW level by reporting THEIR mistake as an error on my part and causing my CREDIT score to drop 57 points while I am looking at buying a home for me and my family! I have been trying to straighten it out for over 2 weeks and have had no success. My spotless credit is now in the tank due to their actions and anyone with a working brain cell in their head knows what an effect a drop of 58 points on a credit report does to a mortgage!

Received a letter in mail stating my APR was increasing due mine was lower than new customers. I'm thinking what the hell, if I charge anything always pay it off the next month so I don't pay interest. So I call customer service and asked them to explain, he told me it is increasing so all customers have the same APR and the new APR is 26.99%. So I said fine close my account, he precided to tell me, well Miss if you close your account you will never be allowed to open it again. I laughed at him and said close my account if you treat customer like this I don't want to give you my business anyway

MAJOR screwup company They used to be reputable carrying mostly first-class merchandise, until this pandemic. Now its all way overpriced dollar store junk, and a messed up website return policy. I needed some new skorts (not skirts) as my local Goodwill, Target etc. no longer carry them, or they've out of stock. And I wanted to use my kohl's charge. I ordered 4 knee length size 10 skorts on 8/30 and what I received on 9/3 were 4 denim mini skirts. I went to the website to do an easy return, and discovered that Kohls had changed that policy. Now you either have to visit a store OR spend an hour on the phone with their useless CS.

This place is the worst for online shopping. Never received my merchandise and after calling customer service I was transferred to India twice and El Salvador where they couldn't help finding my order. Even lied when I requested to speak to American agent. Just transferred to another one from India who pretended to be American, what a joke this place is. Then they wouldn't except any negative review from their site. Never Again!!
