“2 Complaints: 1) The items are shipped 2-day Fedex, they are kept in a styrofoam box with 2 ice packs, when I received mine the ice packs where completely liquid and contents were room temperature at best. 2) I received my items on May 7, the best buy date on some of it was May 25. So it didn't really fit how I usually drink meal replacement shakes.”

“I ordered a case of the peanut butter chocolate flavor, which is my favorite, but my local store doesn’t always carry it. There was a slight delay in shipping (they are a smaller company, I gather), but they kept me informed. The case was delivered in good condition and still chilled. And did I mention how much I love the peanut butter chocolate flavor?!! It was exciting to get the case because then I didn’t need to ration my favorite flavor throughout the week.”

“Ordered Keto Sampler. Shipping took a long time, order was ready on Tues did not get until Sat. I am very used to drinking low carb, plant based drinks/shakes sweetened with stevia (and similar) but the flavors were horribly artificial tasting and overly sweetened. They only acceptable tasting one was chocolate brownie. The rest I dumped and that is a first for me, I have tried at least 30 different similar shakes in my life (many horrible) but I was never actually unable to finish them because they tasted this bad.”
