“Absolutely loved all that was sent but unfortunately it took 3 attempts by the couriers to deliver same which became frustrating. The first attempt was confusing as they claimed they had attempted to make a delivery which was not entirely correct. It had never left the depot! The second attempt was even more bizarre. The courier drove from the northern end of the Gold Coast to our address in the south but then advised that he didn’t have the goods with him! Very odd.
We finally received them on the third attempt. I love Koko Black but would not order any more due to the incompetence of the couriers”

“I ordered easter boxes for my friend’s children. I got them delivered as I live a long way away. She filmed them opening the boxes for me. The sheer pleasure & delight of both of them was a thing of joy. They loved everything thing about them. The beautiful boxes, the puzzle & the chocolate of course! I will confess to a few tears watching them.
