“Chocolates arrived cold as promised, even though a couple extra days on delivery (which communication was fantastic) packaging is amazing and presentation is amazing. Roasted Toasted Macadamias...YUM, Salty Cashew Crunch...YUM. Using the Dark Collection as my wife's advent calendar so wont know till December what they are like but look amazing. Pure Darkness will be getting tried tonight...sure that will be YUM too.

“Two weeks later, the chocolates have not arrived. It’s not what I have come to expect from Koko Black who have always delivered orders promptly. I had trouble on the website with the online ordering system accepting different billing and delivery addresses. I had to re-enter the addresses 3 times in different places; but the confirmed order details were finally correct at checkout. Still waiting and I’ve sent through an enquiry email to ask what’s happening. Let’s see what happens.”
“I sent 2 boxes of chocolates to individual people at the same address. I could not personalise the cards online. I phoned & spoke to Kanada in sales & she advised that I send an email to her with the greetings that I required & she would forward to shipping. Unfortunately no cards were attached. The recipients not aware of who had sent them then phoned Koko Black to find out who sent them. I received an email from Kanada the next working day with apologies & would she like me for her to contact the recipients or would I prefer to do that. These things happen...but bouquets to Kanada for her service & after-sales service. This is the second time I have used Koko Black, the first Jenna from your Canberra store. Again excellent service. One hiccup will not stop me from using you again in the future. Cecelia Latimer”
