“The selected courier/post doesn't fulfil it responsibility. No attempt of delivery at all but ask for own collection. Many parcels have been successfully delivered to the exactly same address by other post. Might consider to change your posting partner.”

“Koko black team were great. Unfortunately the courier team decided to leave my parcel out the front gate of my apartment building and didnât even ring the bell - so all of the chocolate was melted by the time a neighbour found it and brought it in. Lucky it wasnât stolen by anyone walking along the street I guess. The delivery also specified âsignature requiredâ so not sure why Koko isnât holding them accountable for these issues”
“Not impressed with the online ordering. I had factored in the WA delivery times, yet our order sat untouched without action for 7 days. It was only my following up that got the order processed. Took a while to get it sorted and Kanada was pretty helpful and fixed it for me, but more efficient systems are needed.”
