“the chocolates were a present for my daughter in law and she said they were very yummy. They were a birthday present and, although I ordered them in good time (a week before her birthday) they arrived in Sydney after the day (via Melbourne apparently). That was a little disappointing but probably understandable I guess in these Covid times and she was happy with them when they did arrive”
“I am in Tasmania so delivery was a full 7 days, worst part was tracking wasn’t updated and no text to say it was being delivered so it was left at my front door on a Saturday so glad it’s wasn’t too hot otherwise everything was fine.”
“Love your products. The products I purchased are for Christmas pressies so I haven't tried them - except for the Jam Wagons & Gaytime Goldies. Unfortunately by the time I received my order, most products were or in the process of melting - I live in Cairns & delivery to here can take up to a week.....your frozen pack was completely defrosted & warm. My Gaytime Goldies, on delivery, were a melted blob - see pictures. I am not blaming the products. Means of delivery that can be in all varying temperatures would be the issue. The fat content of products is the major leak in tin or block varieties - without opening them. I was ordering to give as gifts & could not idividually deliver to addresses in Melbourne in advance(from Koko Black) and the delivery costs for each gift would have outwayed the price of the goods purchased. I'm sure we will enjoy the products we have for our own consumption :)”
“Products are of high standard and the receiver of the gift box was delighted and found them delicious . Their delivery system for online purchase was sub standard however , 4 days delivery for express within Melbourne is not up to scratch . Was very disappointed in this aspect of the order”
“I sent 2 boxes of chocolates to individual people at the same address. I could not personalise the cards online. I phoned & spoke to Kanada in sales & she advised that I send an email to her with the greetings that I required & she would forward to shipping. Unfortunately no cards were attached. The recipients not aware of who had sent them then phoned Koko Black to find out who sent them. I received an email from Kanada the next working day with apologies & would she like me for her to contact the recipients or would I prefer to do that. These things happen...but bouquets to Kanada for her service & after-sales service. This is the second time I have used Koko Black, the first Jenna from your Canberra store. Again excellent service. One hiccup will not stop me from using you again in the future. Cecelia Latimer”
“I was recently waiting to purchase the 4 block set of native chocolates...I ended up purchasing each block separately which cost me more. I understand during this time some packaging is hard to obtain, but I did make several phone calls plus leave message and quite often a reply did not happen. My sense of urgency, after waiting some time, was because I wanted to put them in a parcel for the UK. As I live in Brisbane the only way to have/enjoy your chocolates is to have them sent to me. I was impressed the way they were packaged for delivery. All of the products I ordered arrived in great condition.”
