“We bought the yoghurt easter eggs because they had popping candy. There wasn't enough popping candy for you to feel the popping sensations - a block of Cadbury Sensations is much better. They were also sour.”
“Absolutely loved all that was sent but unfortunately it took 3 attempts by the couriers to deliver same which became frustrating. The first attempt was confusing as they claimed they had attempted to make a delivery which was not entirely correct. It had never left the depot! The second attempt was even more bizarre. The courier drove from the northern end of the Gold Coast to our address in the south but then advised that he didn’t have the goods with him! Very odd.
We finally received them on the third attempt. I love Koko Black but would not order any more due to the incompetence of the couriers”
“The little dark gauche eggs and 2 dark lollipop eggs on sticks were beautiful but I can't say the same for 2 dark chocolate eggs in Famous 5 pack. They tasted sour. I have eaten many 54% dark chocolate products from different companies over the years but I have never tasted anything like those 2 eggs - very disappointing”

“In spite of ordering over $100 of Easter eggs more than 3 weeks before Easter …. And inspite of multiple notifications of impending delivery … our order was canceled and refunded 2 days prior to Easter. We originally chose to purchase from Koko Black due to their reputation for excellent chocolate and the availability of lactose free products. This Easter is the first time we’ve been together with family in over 14 months. Now there are no special treats to gift. What is an Easter without eggs? So very disappointed.”
“The chocolates were delicious however it is ashamed that for online purchaser , usual Kk Black paper bags were not provided in the delivery resulting in less elegant and less desirable presentation as a gift to loved ones”
“I ordered easter boxes for my friend’s children. I got them delivered as I live a long way away. She filmed them opening the boxes for me. The sheer pleasure & delight of both of them was a thing of joy. They loved everything thing about them. The beautiful boxes, the puzzle & the chocolate of course! I will confess to a few tears watching them.
