“Ordered two items. Both arrived in a reasonable time but separate. Initially, I thought they forgot to ship the other item but this is common. Their customer service is timely, polite and kind. They have ideal customer service. The clothing is 4.5/5. One of the items is darker compared to the picture depicted and a few strings were left that had to be cut because it would get caught in the zipper. Overall, satisfied with minor hiccups that were easily fixed.”

“Jacket was very nice, but was a surprise that it was with gold and silver shiny textile pattern and in the picture you can't see that it is shiny metallic and not mate grey and cream. That came a big surprise.”

“Love the products though most of the items are larger than what I exactly wear. However, the shipping sucks, I’ve waited like a whole week after it showed being shipped until it actually showed detailed info.”

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear your package took long from USPS to scan. Unfortunately all carriers experienced extreme delay during holiday season due to COVID-19. Your package was on their lot for several days before they could process your package. We understand how frustrating is when packages take long to deliver, but we'd like to let you know that this was out of our control as USPS was already in possession of the package. “Glad there is an easy way to shop Korean traditional clothes. Delivery is fine and the process of payment etc were all fine. Just knowing that it is shipped from Korea, it makes hard to think about even returning it when the product does not quite fit what I expected. Maybe clearly indicating something like "free return" or so might help customers feel easy in returning. Hope the quality of the fabric of the skirts was better(looks very cheap). Also, maybe having models for different ages can help in predicting how the clothes would look like when I wear them. The models are all pretty, thin, and young, making me think I would look like them when I wear those, but the reality is I don't wear those full make-up, am not thin anymore nor young.”

“I paid for expedited shipping only so that it could take the company 4 days from accepting my order to shipping it. I don't hold KOODING responsible for the shipping time, but why would customers bother to pay for faster shipping if you can't process orders in a timely manner? The product itself is fine.”
