“Doesn’t do much for its costs. It smells rly nice and makes my skin a wee bit softer but doesn’t rly do much other than it. It doesn’t rly lather either”

“I just received my order after more than a month...my orders is a bit frozen at first so I kinda left them inside the cute bag and hopefully will slowly get thawed.... I hope it's ok to use it.....I've been a costumer of KORA products since since it became available here in Canada and never had any issues.... this is my first time to buy from US site though....”

“I received my first order after using my friends products and I liked them very much but I was disappointed with regard to the packaging, all the boxes were damaged. I was so disappointed at the lack of quality of the packaging that I haven’t even tried products. I thought I was supposed to get a little tote bag like my friend did, but I didn’t get one. We ordered the same amount of products. I expected more from the company and as it’s supposed to be high end skin care products . I’m very disappointed. I received better packaging from Amazon, and that’s something as they are not on the same level. Anyway, since I’ve not opened any of the merchandise, I am contemplating returning the products and never using your company again and I’m not recommending others. .”

“Sadly, I started breaking out when I started using these products. I thought it might be an adjustment phase. However, I kept breaking out. I sparingly used the face exfoliating wash and the oil. Each time, I would break out in painful bumps on my face. I found out it was MRSA. I didn’t put two and two together until I quit using the products but each time I use them the MRSA comes back. I believe it is in these products. I ended up throwing all of my product away.”

“Not impressed. Maybe I am not using it in the best sequence. I have not seen real improvement. My face can still feel tight shortly after doing the entire regimen. Eyes puffs are no different with Berry Bright.”

“It smelled fine at the time of application but after drying it had the standard "self-tanner" smell. It also did not provide any change in skin color after first application for me.”

“The product does go on nicely and leaves a nice highlight , but it also leaves a not so pleasant odor on skin . Being organic, there are plenty of essential oils that could help with the smell that probably should have been part of the formula . In addition , I do understand the amount is stated but I really didn’t have a good idea of how little product it actually is for the price . I could easily find any comparable product with ten times as much to use for the same price or half of the price . So quite disappointing in regards to that.”

“I got a really bad skin irritation after about a week of use of the body wash. I’m so sad I won’t be able to use it 🥺 it came on time though and the samples they gave me worked great as well.”

“I was disappointed with the balm with regard to the claim that it glides across face. It has a pulling affect and that is disappointing and the description was misleading. I have contacted customer service, but I have yet to hear from them. I have been waiting for a week.”
