“I have used this twice now and it has irritated (red, itchy) my skin both times. It seems to have a lot of perfume in it and not sure what else but my skin is very uncomfortable when I apply it. Is there a returns avenue for this product?”

“If I could rate zero, I would! Definitely not for everyone! Be cautious if you have sensitive skin like me. I got rashes on my face after using Kora. I cannot sleep during the night. Lost confidence during the day and don’t wanna go out social, not even wanna pick my child up at school. The rashes are still bothering me as they are very itchy. GP cannot help, either.”

“I ordered this item and missed the DHL delivery . Kora organics then asked DHL to destroy the items after two failed attempts. They then refused to provide a refund. Be extremely careful ordering from the UK.”

“I had a terrible rash breakout after using the retinol alternative cream. Had to request a refund. I just received return satchel after 15 days wait. Will hopefully have a prompt refund when return is received”

“Extremely drying - Not for me unfortunately - probably great if you have really oily skin, but if you have anything less than extremely oily skin then I would steer clear of this one.”

“It has made my skin break out in lots of pimples. I have never ever had face acne before. I’m sad because I was expecting better results not overalls happy as my skin is worst now then it was before I started using KORA. It leaves your skin feeling very very oily and over moisturised”

“This email looks like a mockery. Your managers do not answer until I wrote on Instagram. I still haven't received my purchase because the managers don't know how to collect all the documents for sending all over the world. My order is stuck at customs and no one can help me and can't tell how long it will be there. Most likely, this email will also not receive any response, because you do not care about your customers. All I want is for you to return my money.”

“The amethyst crystal arrived broken with two small pieces fallen off onto the side of the wrapping. The tip of the rose quartz crystal also broke and fell off. The amethyst had many black dots inside it, meaning it’s dead with no energy in the crystal and should be bury into the soil, which I will do, I will bury it in the mountain in HK”

“I actually am very disappointed. I paid a good amount of money for this product just to have the spray nozzle not work. So I’ve been having to pour it on my hands and rub on my face. I’ve spent a lot of money with Kora and usually everything is great. But this is very annoying. Please replace.”
