I will never order online again. The lack of communication and customer service delivery is terrible. I had ti submit my order 2x. The first time I never got a confirmation but my card was charged. I reached out 2 days later to find out I needed to submit the order again because it did not go through the system successfully. At this point it’s Friday and I needed this item by Tuesday in another state for a gift. I placed a new order and had to pay additional money for expedited shipping. I reached back out because I never got a confirmation again. I end up just going to the mall and finding something similar spending more money because I didn’t want to chance it. I sent a email to cancel the order immediately. Support finally reached out today, Monday stating they can’t cancel my order and refuse to refund or process a return. So dissatisfied

I purchased the eagle chunky slides, they are HUGE! They appear to be for a man! I returned the shoes and this company refused to give me a duplicate return label for my 150.00 purchase. They stole my money. They have the shoes and my money! This is not a up standing company at all! I would never purchase from them or buy anything they make from another retailer. BAD MERCHANDISE! BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE THEY STOLE MY MONEY, if you have the merchandise and the money, that means you took my money! BUYER BEWARE!

This company doesn’t even deserve one star! I placed an order 3/15/23 I reached out via email several times for update and they advised me the order will be processed ASAP. This was the response I received twice other responses were vague stating my inquiry has been received and they are working on my order ASAP they apologize. So after waiting patiently and periodically checking on my order. I wake up to an email this morning 4/5/23 stating my money has been refunded and give it 3-5 business days to reflect. Again I reach out concerned what happened and of course the same tired lame excuse of we’re sorry for any inconvenience. Like, excuse me this is the worst treatment/customer support I have ever received from any company. And to think a email stating sorry is acceptable. After weeks of them telling me my order has been processed or they are processing ASAP!

Awful customer service and sent me a damaged bag. Similar to what others say. If you are in the US no one will help you. They email back and forth but customer service sux ! They want me to spend more money with them and order another bag with expedited shipping. Then wait for the refunds. It seems like a scam. Don't order from the Kurt Geiger online store. Awful quality and even worse customer service. Scammers ! If you like their products order from Bloomingdale's or Nordstrom, I have never a problem. Seems the Kurt Geiger online store gets rid of their damaged goods online and then wants you to spend more moneybto get a bag without a damage. Thiefs !!! Shady business. Definitely not a luxury brand. Don't but from them.

Horrible customer service and rude response without offering any help or resolution. I ordered two items in 41 and then since in usa I ordered another in size 11 which I assumed was a 41 as 40.5 would be a 10.5. Then it arrived and I get a 42 which is way too big, then the one boot I did quote order correctly was cancelled. I wrote to customer service and Sara answered by saying on the 42 that is an 11 which is news to me and then the 4@ was not coming and I would see a refund soon, really no offer to send anything else? Of course you would refund since you didn’t send me the item doesn’t that go without saying? Just wow! Very curt, very unhelpful, and made me customer who has many items feel like why would I stick with a brand that treats anyone this way?don’t bother buying from a brand that treats you so dismissive! I was so hurt by the terrible behavior

Very poor quality and customer service. Bought pair of shoes for my daughter, returned to the shop in 30 min to return as they were too narrow and was impossible to put them on. They refused to except the return, even though I have asked them about return at the time of purchase, as my daughter was not with me at the time of the purchase.

Order 75047899. Despite paying to return a pair of shoes and emailing customer services numerous times, Carvela (Kurt Geiger) have not responded to me. They haven't collected the shoes or refunded me. Avoid buying anything from them...dreadful customer service.

I purchased a bag that was placed at the wrong door during the holiday season. I emailed customer service, and without hesitations, I was notified that the policy at Kurt Geiger was not to rectify my situation. Customer services are worse than awful , they email irrelevant replies, and they appear to not be able to understand a complaint. Apparently, there is no US contact number to complain, and they won’t phone the customer, shocking customer care . I will contact the Better Business Bureau. No more business with Kurt Geiger. They are an awful luxury brand to deal with, and they should be embarrassed. Looking at the other awful Trust pilot reviews, their reply is exactly the same. Obviously, only interested in taking your money

Just look how to the picture. They threw all the paper tgat should be inside the shoes in the box, and then the shoes on top and send it. The shoes have scratches... what can i say...

Faulty goods, cheaply made but with a hefty price tag. Very poor customer service and have to return to store even for faulty products that have been ordered in store.

Absolutely shocking customer service from numerous representative especially Ashish B, Ordered an item with the NHS offer and still not arrived days delivered on tracking but not actually been delivered, Customer service refusing to refund me and keep telling me to wait even though I have waited over a week already! I now just want my money back, Customer service not capable of dealing with problems!

I bought a pair of tennis shoes for my 6 yr old granddaughter at Dillard's on November 21. By Dec 7 my granddaughter's heel had come off at school. If I'd reviewed the brand first, I never would've bought these shoes!

Bought a bag and Didn’t like it. Sent it back the same day it was delivered. Will take up to a month for a refund. 14 days to process and 5 to be deposited. 19 days for a refund and it takes a week to get back to the shipping hub. literally a month. I say buy from Nordstrom or somewhere else. Never buy directly from KG.

Don’t ever buy anything from this company. False advertising of items to what you receive. Worst customer experience, no reply emails and had to chase my refund. Beware!

I have purchased a pair of Kurt Geiger Shoes whilst on holiday and within 3 weeks , 2 wears a strap broke i sent photos receipt and they want me to pay postage to send back shoes , hopefully this will resolved but they have poor customer service processes this far

order-KGUS10469039 I sent an email to the US customer service as I bought bag from us store last July and used it only 3 times I shocked when I got it from the dust bag and found The bag is now hand sewed, and it was disassembled on its own, and the leather was peeled off without any need, and I only used it twice I am supposed to throw it away and not do anything about it I purchased 3 other bag after this one but I didn't know what happened as I used only two times And more shocked from ur customer service response Sarath (Kurt Geiger US) 12 Sept 2022, 21:57 BST Hi Yasmine, Re order-KGUS10469039 Thank you for your email, my apologies you have had cause to contact us on this occasion. On this occasion due to the damage being isolated to the bottom corners of the bag, we would not class this as a manufacturing defect. When the bag is placed down, it is likely that the abrasion between the bag and the surface has caused these marks. Damage caused by an external influence or force is not considered a direct manufacturing defect. As a gesture of goodwill for the inconvenience, we would be happy to process a 20% partial refund on the item. This would be refunded to the original mode of payment used to make the purchase. However, the outcome of our inspection would still be that the shoes do not have a specific manufacturing fault on this occasion. Thanks for all your understanding and patience in this matter.
