Terrible service I am trying to tell the company that Evri marked my package as delivered and I have not received it, they just don’t care, Please beware there is no one to talk to at kurt geiger all automated message us. It’s disgusting company stay away

order-KGUS10469039 I sent an email to the US customer service as I bought bag from us store last July and used it only 3 times I shocked when I got it from the dust bag and found The bag is now hand sewed, and it was disassembled on its own, and the leather was peeled off without any need, and I only used it twice I am supposed to throw it away and not do anything about it I purchased 3 other bag after this one but I didn't know what happened as I used only two times And more shocked from ur customer service response Sarath (Kurt Geiger US) 12 Sept 2022, 21:57 BST Hi Yasmine, Re order-KGUS10469039 Thank you for your email, my apologies you have had cause to contact us on this occasion. On this occasion due to the damage being isolated to the bottom corners of the bag, we would not class this as a manufacturing defect. When the bag is placed down, it is likely that the abrasion between the bag and the surface has caused these marks. Damage caused by an external influence or force is not considered a direct manufacturing defect. As a gesture of goodwill for the inconvenience, we would be happy to process a 20% partial refund on the item. This would be refunded to the original mode of payment used to make the purchase. However, the outcome of our inspection would still be that the shoes do not have a specific manufacturing fault on this occasion. Thanks for all your understanding and patience in this matter. Very bad quality !!! I ordered this gold bracelet for my mom (140$) and 1 week later it turned brown. She wore it 3 times as dry not even in the water. I’m very very disappointed and feel ashamed offering a bracelet that turned brown a week later like a cheap item. I also returned one item that was incorrect (wrong color) and a bag that looked very cheap for 150$. Will never buy again !

I ordered a pair of sandals from Kurt Geiger in June. It's July 14th and have been trying to get a refund from this Company because I did not receive the sandals. FedEx said they delivered them so that's that. It tried even getting my money back from Paypal. Total scam.

First and last item purchased from them!! Customer service sucks!!! Purchased a bag and then the bag went on sale within the week of original purchase and instead of them providing a price adjustment they rather you return the bag and re-buy it!!!

Bought a pair of pink trainers from outlet store in Derby, and after 3 days falling apart. Contacted your team they asked me to take it back to a store - no store within 5 mile radius. So for no fault of mine I have to incur more costs to get a refund! Absolutely scandalous!

Kurt Geiger Clearwater Mall sold me a jacket for R4000 when I arrive home I realized the price tag written R3495. I went back to the store only to be told it was a mistake. Well I have trust issues now with you guys and very disappointed as a regular customer hence I trusted the sales person. Are you going to fix this?

Shocking quality and customer service! Never buy from them. I bought a pair of shoes in dubai. Wore it once for diner and they were already falling apart! I came back to the shop and they told me it was my fault for not wearing it properly. They wouldn’t do anything… 800 AED for this quality…

I don’t usually take the time to write reviews. But I just have to here, so hopefully someone else can avoid a silkiest experience. This company by far, hands down, has the worst costumer service I have ever dealt with. I have been fortunate in not needing to use customer service for most of my purchases, but needed to for this situation. I purchased rainbow gloves from the US Kurt Geiger website. They charged me an international fee (despite using the US website and residing in the US). They sent the wrong size. I wore them, not realizing. They began coming apart at the seams on the second use. I emailed the company. They “assured” me they sent the correct size. I sent photos of the packaging showing they sent me the wrong size. I sent photos of the falling apart gloves. I asked the company to send me the correct size. No. I asked for a refund. No. Asked to email with a higher up, and their answer. No help. Instead they ask me to trek these damaged, falling apart gloves to FedEx. Likely, so when they receive the item they can tell me they don’t qualify for a refund. Disappointing beyond words. Zero stars.

This is a terrible experience I brought a pair of boots and the color was listed as white and the boots I received was white with blue streaks in them so I got no answer from this company to resolve this

If there was a zero I would have given it. Made a purchase in 1st March, received a shipping notification via email on 2nd March and that was it until the 13th March when I decided to track my package as it has been long and should have arrived. Lo and behold package was marked as delivered on 5th March. Fortunately, I was off work on this day and was at home so I can safely say with all certainty that no delivery was made. They use FedEx courier which happens to have a lot of thieves used as delivery guys. I contacted Kurt Geiger on the 13th about not receiving my package and they kept forwarding to me a piece of paper as proof of delivery from FedEx also stating that I did not notify FedEx about signature on their service manage. I responded severally stating that no notification by FedEx nor the company was made to inform me of delivery that would be made on this day or even notify me on this day that my package has been delivered. It took me over a week after their claimed delivery to track this package and see it marked as delivered. This company has zero customer service. They are not bothered about your hard earned money. They just kept pushing me around and directing me to FedEx instead of fighting for their customer. They showed no support whatsoever. If you are reading this and intend buying from them, desist from doing so or risk losing your money ti these thieves.

Worst experience , awful customer support they only use copy paste fares. The order was never shipped out and 3 weeks later I am still waiting for my money back. Never again!

I am disgusted by how Kurt Geiger has dealt with my orders. THEY NEVER SENT MY SHOES AND NEVER GAVE ME A REFUND, EVEN AFTER ORDERING THE SHOES TWICE!!! I ordered the Kai shoes and they never arrived. I then raised a dispute and they said they'd refund the money, I have STILL NOT RECEIVED A REFUND. I ordered a second pair, and they have also NOT ARRIVED! Don't buy from them, they are scammers!

They sent me the wrong item and refuse to send me the correct one and expect me to drive around town to return the wrong thing they sent. Apparently their time and money is more valuable then mine.
