Customer service is very poor. Better make sure you really like the product before purchasing because if you don't, shipping it back is a hassle. Don't try reaching out to the company either because 9 times out of 10 they will not answer! U.S. customers DO NOT PURCHASE!!! Costs more to ship back then the product is worth. Please don't waste your time and money.

I bought a pair of trainers from them in December and wore them for the first time this week. The outer layer has already started to peel and I probably didn’t even have them in for five hours. No rain, I was just sat in a beer garden. The price of the shoe is ridiculous compared to the quality you receive.

My family and I have spent hundreds of pounds within this store. Recently I ordered a pair of shoes and in order to receive free delivery, I had to order a bandana. Due to shops being closed (coronavirus) the only solution is to order online. Delivery prices were too expensive so this was my only option. I was going to return the mask as it was £15. Before purchasing, I contacted this company to ask if the bandana could be returned, and they told me yes. My order arrived at my house and I automatically sent the bandana back to Kurt Geiger without opening it. Weeks had gone by and I still had not received a refund. I contacted the company and they told me that that I had actually ordered a mask that could not be returned and that it had been destroyed due to hygiene. I DID NOT order and mask and this company has stolen my money. I have spent weeks trying to get my money back, as an NHS worker, or any worker during this time, struggling for money, this is the last thing I need. What I ordered in Kurt Geiger was a gift, and now my money has been stolen. Kurt Geiger are refusing to give me my money back. Even though the seal of the box wasn't touched and they clearly sent me the WRONG item in the first place.

Terrible quality boots. Bought a chunky pair of black boots, wore them once and the outer material peeled off just from walking down the high street. Aftercare service pretty much told me that this was standard wear and tear for their products and didn’t seem hugely surprised or concerned with my complaint. Shop elsewhere!

Never order from Kurt Geiger, they have terrible after sales customer service. God knows where they are based. Not in this country as phone lines are dead and they’re responding to emails in their own time. I ordered pair of boots which never arrived. Contacted delivery company with tracking number, Delivery company could not locate the tracking number, they asked me to contact seller which I did and to my shock and horror they were adamant it’s been delivered and refused to deal with my case any further. Keeping my money and also not delivering my order. Do not trust this company. So horrified.

Horrified- charged me twice for 1 pair of boots sent me two had to sent both back one faulty (in sole slipped) and now other pair I didn’t even order, they weren’t at office to receive so now are being so rude and unhelpful to pick up the boots they weren’t there to receive NEVER AGAIN HORRIFIC customer service

Bought 6 bags in the sale over December/January and they are gorgeous, quick delivery with bag protectors I’m loving them 🥰 just need to be able to go out and use them now lol

Terrible customer service. Bought on the 31st and is now the 14th and still nothing! My parcel is stuck at Hermes depot since the 5th and I can’t find one phone number to call. I emailed Kurt Geiger customer service and got no response. Tried the customer service phone number and the line is off! So disappointing!

I had ordered an incorrect shoe size & had to return the items as a International customer paying fully for postage. Taught me a lesson in never to order without making sure that the return policy covered Internation postage. All other companies have done so & I assumed that they did too. BUT NOT SO

I ordered for goods and paid then received email an hr after saying my order was cancelled because they were now out of stock🤬 I was also told money wouldnt be took out of my bank account which was also a LIE🤬

Diabolical customer service. AVOID! Having bought black boots from the brand before, my mum ordered a new pair using her 50% NHS discount. The boots arrived with a lace stopper snapped off. On initially contacting customer service I was told that I couldn't exchange them for a non-faulty pair as this would require more human intervention? Ironic as I had to take them to a post office in a pandemic. We went to order another pair, and the NHS discount had changed to 20% off. It felt like the issue was being rectified as customer service said we could order a new pair at original price. This time the boots came in even worse condition and had been WORN with mud on the soles, worn leather and two lace stoppers snapped off. Talk about rewarding NHS workers? Not. I received the first refund, but they have since under-refunded me on the second refund by not including the extra delivery charge I paid and was promised I would get back. Says it all.

My name is Charlene Noble. I live close to Seattle. The sizing on your U.S. site is incorrect. A 39 is an 8 not an 8.5. Now I have to send the boots back from Seattle to the U.K. on my dime. I won't ever buy boots again from Kurt Geiger. So upset...

Their customer service is appalling shocking and unprofessional I am so shocked their website still exists. They do not try and amend the issue and if there is an issue you are not given a reason as to why instead you are having to contact them via email just to be told your second order might not be guaranteed to be successfully delivered. The reason behind this who knows as clear explanations are not given.

BE AWARE - Kurt Geiger sells old shoes - so old The glue holding The sole is detached from The actually shoe. And I guess they might have financial problem because The can Not are Not able To refund 21 pound for sending The broken shoes back. Do forget Kurt Geiger! There are SO MANY GREAT brand out there who values The customer ! And treat customer with repeat They refund The shoe but they refuse To refund The return cost . Very very un modern customer relation 21 pound ...

Ignore kirt Geiger!!!!! Rude staff and just take your money seriously I have never experienced this with any other shops apart from Kurt Geiger so I bought pair of heels on sale in a size 7, and when I come home it’s more like a size 6 their sizing are a little smaller than normal and when I try to get my refund because I couldn’t find bigger size I get told I can’t refund it and can only exchange or get gift card! It’s so ridiculous how they have this kind of rule! Like now am stuck with pair of heels I can’t even wear and when I called in Brent Cross the manager was very rude and not helpful at all telling me if you come down your won’t get it refund so don’t come down wasting ur time. I don’t understand how they have such staff that are so useless and unable to help instead just being rude on the phone. I would never again buy from there. I am getting no refund and stuck with the shoes.

Kurt Geiger gone right down in my estimation. Extremely poor customer service. It's all good when they're taking your money, but very bad if there is a problem. Bought a bag at Heathrow Airport reduced from £159 to £132 (tax free). I was delighted until I saw the bag selling for £100 online in KG Selfridges. It wasn't about a refund, but I emailed them as I felt it devalued my item - they just told me to return it if I'm not happy. I've never bought anything from an airport, tax free, before and then saw it selling at home for almost £60 less. I'm on holiday with a bag I now don't wish to use, then I have to bring it back and find a store to return it (link for postal returns not working). They'd rather lose a good loyal customer and a sale than rectify, explain or apologise. Disappointing.

I ordered a delivery 6 weeks ago and after a month of waiting for my delivery I got in touch with Kurt Geiger customer service to be told my order would be dispatched. After a further week of not receiving my item I got back in touch to be told there had been a problem with my delivery and they had cancelled my order and reimbursed me. I did not ask for my order to be cancelled and to be reimbursed, I had only asked where my delivery was. I did not want my order cancelled. I was then told if I wanted to purchase the items then I’d have to go online to reorder the items I had originally ordered. I duly went online and tried to reorder the monogram soft wallet which was NO longer available. The Size 5 black janeiro carvela shoes I ordered were also NO longer available in my size or colour.  I emailed the customer services stating that I could not reorder the same items and I had not received my money. In the email I stated I was really disappointed because I had NOT asked for my delivery to be cancelled and reimbursed. I was half expecting/hoping for my delivery to be reordered however I received another email with no apology and stating I would need to wait a few day’s until my refund appeared in my account. In the email, I also explained a had used a single use 50% discount code.Since it is single use it means I will NOT be able to get 50% off when I reorder.  I am extremely disappointed with the customer service provided. I did not ask for my order to be cancelled and to be reimbursed, yet they cancelled my order. I emailed looking to find my package and not for it to be cancelled. It has taken 6 weeks to be told you have cancelled my order. One of the items I was buying was a birthday present which I obviously couldn’t give because it wasn’t delivered.  As a result of this negative experience , I will not be buying any products from Kurt Geiger. I find it really lazy Kurt Geiger reimbursing me rather than rectify the problem and have my items delivered. I have big experienced such poor customer service before. From what’s meant to be a high end store with expensive products it does not match the customer service experience.

I ordered shoes with my NHS discount. They were delivered to a completely wrong address (I have the online delivery note to prove this) and I was told I couldn’t be refunded. Nice way to treat your NHS customers. First and last time I shop with Kurt Geiger
