“Had a clunking in the under side of my car whilst on holiday in Poole The guys at kwikfit were great- thorough check, replaced some missing bolts and no charge! Huge thanks”

“After having driven the car to make the online appointment at the branch at 131-137 Broadway West in Ealing, much to my dismay, I was informed by the staff that the air-conditioner recharging machine had broken down yesterday and therefore the work could not be completed. Nobody from Kwik-Fit had the courtesy to inform me and to cancel the appointment. Moreover, I was asked to ring Customer Service to request a refund as the Centre said they could not help arrange that. I rang the number 0800 75 76 77 and was waiting for over 30 minutes with no answer, before finally hanging up in frustration. Very poor service levels from KwikFit contrary to previous experiences .... beware of similar experiences particularly with the West Ealing branch.”

“Kwik fit Stafford. Special mention branch manager Mat it dealing with my Volvo tyre replacement whilst working with limited staff shortages . You guys are a credit to Kwik fit organisation. It gives me great pleasure in writing this review on such professionalism at your Stafford base all men under obvious pressure whilst still keeping excellent customer focus and 100% working ethics . Congratulations to all of you guys . I would definitely recommend Stafford kwik fit for anyone requiring tyres service.”

“The way the supervisor talks to his staff especially the female is beyond disgusting. I will not be back to the Motherwell branch for this reason if Kwik fit condone a male to talk to a female and treat her in a manner which is disgusting and upsetting to its paying customers then I will ne using a company who dont allow it. Its nice to see a female in a male renowned industry and if that is how they treated no wonder its male dominated.”

“Disappointed, had my wife’s Air-Con booked in for a gas recharge. Picked up the car and noted a background noise that sounded like a fan running at high speed (I assumed this was a engine’s fan cooling due to the high ambient temperature) Didn’t use the vehicle until the following day, as soon as my wife started the car an engine warning light illuminated on the dashboard. I contacted Kwik Fit first thing on the Monday morning and spoke to Dan, Dan insisted the engine warning light / fault had nothing to do with them. He followed his denial up with an engine diagnostic which would cost me £35. Stunned at his attitude, I would have thought the offer of a free diagnosis would have been acceptable, either way I would have most likely had any remedial work done with them. Not now, and I will certainly do all I can to dissuade anyone I know to avoid using Kwik Fit.”

“Amazing service, above and beyond from the Woking branch. Last year I spent an awful lot of money at two garages and my car was still not running properly. Lawrence and his team were amazing and my car feels like new. I chose Kwit Fit after recieiving an excellent service 2 years ago replacing a tyre. I ended up having a service MOT and repair to my breaks. I would recommend the branch in Woking to anyone, my car has never driven so well.”

“Portslade Branch I’m loathe to leave a bad review because the staff were friendly. However, I had an awful experience. I booked in for an air con check and regas three days before a long trip to Cornwall - the garage had the car for 1.5 - 2 hours. When I picked the car up it had been checked and regassed and it was fine. The morning of our trip the air con stopped working. Contacted KWIK FIT who said there’s a clearly a leak! No s**t, Sherlock?! Further response was you need to bring it in for repair - we’re not responsible for this or that blah blah blah. If they had done a full check why wasn’t the leak picked up? Did they even do a pressure test? They said please bring it in and we can diagnose and repair but it’ll take a day! So I was left with an 8 hour journey to Cornwall in July with my dog in the cataract with no air con! Total waste of £70. Now, after a horrendous journey I’ve got to go to Halfords in Penzance to get it repaired! £60 taxis plus cost of diagnosis and repair! DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO KWIK FIT AND DON’T PHONE EXPECTING ANY KIND OF RESOLUTION. APPALLING.”

“All the staff I dealt with were really helpful and professional helping me deal with a puncture especially a guy called Connor who went above and beyond to sort the problem I’d recommend kwik fit to everyone”

“Turned up with a slow puncture. Only a 10 minute wait and they fixed the puncture in another 10-15 minutes. Can't fault the service received today.”

“Went to Welwyn garden city for two tyres I have never seen anything like that take so long!! The guy doing the work just wanted to chat and avoid doing anything must be a manager's nightmare. Young girl came in and they were all over her and the car. No wonder it's so expensive the worst service I've ever seen . Tyres are on now but the ice cream van is here so all stop again.”

“Arrived at Kwik Fit Rose Kiln Lane, Reading this morning on a Saturday 3rd July 2021 and being a ARVAL rental company car it wasn’t they 1st approval repairer for them as it was ATS but as they didn’t stock the required tyre in local branch as well as anywhere else in the country. So I ended up going to Kwik Fit Reading and after receiving great customer service experience from the branch manager Wayne and his team members today I was very impressed and highly recommend them to all that are looking to get they tyres done.”

“Visited Kwik Fit at Camelon, Falkirk today as I have a mobility car and have been having issues with my tyres for months. They were constantly losing air plus there was a steering issue. Jamie and Greg the service engineers were excellent, a credit to Kwik Fit, they were so very kind and helpful and repaired the problems with the valves on the tyres and steering efficiently and quickly. Would highly recommend using Kwik Fit at Camelon. 5 stars service.”

“If I could give zero stars I would. Ordered tyres to be fitted today to be advised when I arrived that they had not been delivered yet. If you are going to advise customers that their tyres will be available then please make sure that they are or at least have the decency to contact customers to delay their appointment (and perhaps don’t allow bookings until delivery confirmed). Not only did I have a wasted 30 minute journey but also wasted fuel and my own time which is precious. Needless to say I asked for a refund and will never return to kwik fit for anything in the future.”

“Took my vehicle for an mot yesterday in wellingborough. It sailed through its mot last year with no advisories. I returned to the garage to be told it had failed with 6 major faults and 2PAGES of ADVISORIES!! I have only driven the vehicle 1500 miles since last year..I immediately took it to another garage and when they saw the list( they had previously done a little work on my vehicle), they couldn't believe it and stated they had never seen anything like it. Needless to say they are going to re mot it next week!! The mechanic even stated that some of the advisories didn't even make sense..avoid at all costs.”

“Unwelcome nail in the tyre when touring in Ayrshire. Took it to a leading repair brand beginning with "H". They said that I would need a new tyre that would take a day or two to locate. Luckily Kwik - Fit on Maybole Road Ayr was close at hand. Though the site was very busy the manager fitted us in and Paul quickly removed the offending nail and ascertained that there was no need to replace the tyre. He checked all the tyres and we were quickly on our way with no charge. Exemplary service that left me very impressed.”

“Steve was on reception, at the Gravesend store he had a very awkward customer. Steve was polite throughout the service, explaining the cost of the tyres and that the wheel alignment needed to be done as the tyres would wear unevenly. He went through different prices and quotes until the customer was happy. I was very impressed with his service. Even more so when I was told I had ordered the wrong tyres for my car. I should of ordered run flats. Steve checked if he had the correct tyres in stock, he apologised that they were out of stock. He refunded my mistake and ordered me the correct tyres and rebooked my car in. I was so embarrassed by my mistake, for wasting his time but Steve made me feel a valued customer and went out of his way to give me great service. Thank you so much Steve and team.”

“Got a tyre replaced and they charged me £202. Same tyre in Halfords £162.99. I can understand a slight variation in prices but that is beyond.”
