Thank you so much to the staff at KwikFit Dereham Road Noriwich! My son took his car for an MOT and service recently. Unfortunatley the car failed its MOT and cost a fortune but the service he got was wonderful. Being a Dr he was unable to pick up the car so the staff dropped it off at his home! Thank you so much from him and his mum!

This is the first time i have used kwik fit. I had a mobile appointment for 6 March at 1200 - 1730. It came to 1730 and I had not heard from anyone, i called to find out that the fitter was not coming till 18.30, quite annoyed as I had been waiting. The fitter did not come until 2030 he called before coming and informed me that he would not be able to balance my tyres. I stated I did not want the tyres fitted so late as I would not be able to check the work after it was done, the appointment was rearranged to 7 March at 0830. The fitter arrived at 9 and still was unable to balance my tyres, he said did 'they' not tell you about this, no one told me about this nor did i receive a pre call to inform me when the fitter was coming. I spoke to despatch who said that I can have the tyres fitted and someone would come to me on Monday to balance the tyres. The fitter then informed he could not complete the job as he could not put the rear tyres on the alloys. I spoke to the despatch team again who said there was nothing they could do! I then suggested taking it into the branch to have them fitted and they said they would speak to the branch and call me back, which they did not (why was it down to me to suggest such a simple solution). I called back in to ask what was happening and they said they will leave the tyres with me to take to the branch which i was frustrated to hear and said no! I came to the branch at 1200 and left ar around 4pm. All in all this process wasted two days worth of my time and ultimately my weekend! I spent a lot of time on the phone back and forth with the despatch team and trying to call the non-existent customer care team. I did not understand how this process became so complicated and how they can expect to manage customer expectations if they cannot even call to let me know that they are running late. I waited at home for the fitter from 1200 till 2030 on friday and then from 0830 to 1100 on saturday this is totally unacceptable. I had spent £560 on tyres which is a substantial amount of money in this fee I expected a professional and courteous service which I have not received to say the least. The complaints team responded to my complaint once and after speaking to me once at time where I was busy, they never came back to me. I have contacted them numerous times and they have never responded. I wish i could give zero stars

Had 4 tyres fitted by a Mobile Fitter who was very friendly and professional. HOWEVER, upon checking the ``production date of the 4 tyres``, I was annoyed to find out that all 4 tyres are 18 Months Old or thereabouts. I have therefore paid full price for 4 new tyres, and Kwik Fit have fitted ``old new tyres``. If the rating was based purely on the mobile fitter, then i would have given 5 stars. however for the reasons above it is only worth 1 star.

No Show Fit... Booked the Mobile service on a Friday to come Sunday between 8am-1pm Paid for the tyres and got the confirmation from them. Sunday morning comes and I get a call from the No Show Mobile Dispatch team saying that they wont be coming and the man was unsure how I managed to book, saying that there were no available spots. Next available date- Thursday.. I'm now rushing to get the tyres on a Sunday as I have a motorway trip on Monday! No apologies from them, didn't offer any discount or compensation. Didn't even bothered to email me a cancellation notice or a refund, so I had to call them myself to get it. Now I have to wait about 5 days to get my money back. IF you need tyres soon go get them elsewhere!

Screw in my run flat tyre. Called them and was told to come so they can have a look. I only give them 1 star because of this quick response. They took tyre off and somehow managed to damage my alloy. When I confronted them the next day (as I didn’t check before leaving, MAKE SURE YOU DO THIS!!!) they said they didn’t do it and it must be my driving. For f**k sake. How can I damage my alloy in the middle where the bolts are??? Never again!!!

My daughter, a key NHS worker, booked her car in for an MOT on Saturday morning. The booking was confirmed. When she arrived the Kirkstall branch simply said, “we’re not doing MOTs” today. There was no communication to warn her. Now she must take a weekday morning off work for the MOT. Thankfully the NHS have better standards. Sort yourselves out Kwikfit!

I make a booking on the 5th of June for a mobile tyre fitting on the 7th of June. I was left an email and a voicemail the same day asking me to get back in touch, I called back the same evening and spoke to someone. This person told me that the website hadn’t been updated and I would need to rearrange my appointment, so I agreed that the 8th of June would be fine and he booked it in. Now today is the 8th of June and I’ve had no one turn up, no calls or emails. So I contacted Kwik Fit and I was told the appointment hadn’t been confirmed and now they’ll have to come on the 10th of June! This has been a major inconvenience for me since I now have to get the bus to and from from work for the next few days. I demand to be corrected, or I will never use Kwik Fit again due to your appalling service, communication and organisation.

I needed a new battery for my car, called Clevedon branch they said they did not have one. Tried Weston branch no luck there. Tried to ring Nailsea no answer so drove over. They were to busy and that was ok, so arranged for 14/05/20. I asked do you need car reg they said no. Well do you have batteries in stock? Yes, I will call you Thursday and the technician turned to leave. I said you might want to take my number then. Oh yeah. Never got a call. This is disgraceful customer service. Went back to Clevedon branch to order a battery to be told we have them in stock, I said had a delivery then? He said no we've had these type in all week. Very poor practise.

My son took his car to Scunthorpe branch to have 2 tyres replaced and a spring coil....was told he needed work doing totalling around £550+ he didn’t and we had the car towed to another garage which confirmed this. I think they see a youngster and try to pull wool over their eyes. I am extremely angry at a time when it’s so difficult for people.

Took my works van, leased from Arnold Clark, to have new window wipers put on. Was told they were to busy (even though he just told a customer over the phone to pop along and they would replace their bulb) and to return the next day at the same time to have them replaced. Went in approx 24hrs later to be told again, they were too busy. This isn't the first time I have had issues with them. My own car had a full service done only to discover a few days later I had no power steering fluid. I'll never use them again and wouldn't recommend to anyone.

Went into kwik fit today to get my flat tyre sorted as I need my car for work as I work for the nhs and counted 9 staff members. Why so many during this lockdown.surely they should be reducing their staff. Spoke to mot guy and he was fully booked with most if not all being non key workers.he mentioned that most of them didn’t run out until April and that they’ve been extended 6 months from 30th of March but still doing them.surely they shouldn’t be taking on so much work during this unpredictable time. Seems they are more concerned about earning money than the welfare of their customers and staff.

Very bad experience, I will never yes their services again, they pull their customers at every step, during mot tests, once again the tires for them do not meet the requirements and of course I could replace them on the spot, where another service stated it is still ok, I understand they sell tires and want to earn as much as possible but for God's sake embrace a little bit, sad and disgusting enough I can say about keitfit aylesbury

I’m waiting for the regional manager to call me back. My car went for a Mot test and came back damaged. And no one is taking any responsibility. Why am I expected to pay for the mishandling of my car, this is beyond bad customer service, it’s borderline fraud. It's not only bad customer service it's unethical and illegal to try to make someone pay for a mistake that your employee made. Procedures should be in place ensure this doesn't happen again. The call back can take as long as it takes no timescale given by the account manager, how long is a piece of string! Meanwhile I’m left with a faulty seat. The button no longer functions as intended. The service at Altrincham Kwik fit is usually spot on, I could never fault them.. On drop off the button/control on the door all worked perfectly, and was confirmed by another employee. I asked the garage to check any cctv footage they have, as it will evident my use of it that day. The garage have said they can’t take responsibility, and the area manager Gary advised he stands by what the garage have said, so what was the purpose of the call back. And I was asked how do you propose the damage? Well this begs the question how can you stand by what the garage has said if you wasn’t there either? I was fair, and asked can the damage just be sorted I don’t want a big ordeal, as I’ve been with out a car for 4 days. Nevertheless it went back for the retest and passed, with the fault still there caused by tester. How is that possible, and how does that work with the guidelines provided by the driver and vehicle standard agency? If anyone is deciding to get any work completed by kwik fit please take pictures and videos before handing in your car, you don’t want to end up with a ridiculous battle. To be honest don’t take the risk.
