I went and complain to the post office and now I’m going to order another set. Hopefully those will get to me. I believe they put them in mailbox. “I hope my experience is not the norm with Kylar Mack. First, I had a returned package and couldn’t get ahold of anyone or a refund. After multiple days of trying to get in contact with someone, I was sent a new order (which was great!) without question. Now I need to return and exchange for a larger size. Now I’m back in a whirlwind of getting ahold of someone who can help with my exchange so I don’t get charged double for returning my “free” order. The product is beautiful and love the quality of the bracelet.”

“I wanted to wait a couple weeks before writing a review. I normally would not write unless it was sincere. I have multiple bracelets besides the pearl bracelet, the silver and gold options. I've worned them nonstop in the shower, ocean and pool, I can say I'm impressed. You can wear these comfortably every day and I have layered both metals.
