The low rating is due to poor customer service. I requested reimbursement for my expedited shipping fee as it was sent via ground by mistake arriving too late to gift.
Their only response to my emails that included a pic of the ground postage: Sorry but “sometimes USPS runs into unexpected delays.”

“I love the gold bracelets and customer service at Kyler Mack! I wear five gold bracelets. I gave my daughter three rose gold bracelets, which she always wears, and my mom has three gold bracelets, which she never takes off. I have had my gold bracelets for over a year now and never take them off, and they look brand new. I love them.
I tried the pearl bracelet twice and had to return it both times. The pearl coating peels off. I don't recommend the pearl bracelet, but the customer service was awesome when dealing with it.”

“I am pleasantly pleased with my bracelets thus far. The shine and quality are good, with no tarnishing (even when worn in the shower or doing dishes. I expect them to last a long time (even with daily wear). My only recommendation for the company is to offer these in a 7" option. The 6.5" is too small in my opinion, and the 7.5" is too big. I like to stack these with my 7" tennis bracelets, and the look and feel would be better in a 7" size.

“I have only had the bracelets a few weeks but they are beautiful and comfortable. Wear them daily. My wrist measures 6.25 inches, ordered the 6.5. They were too tight. Returned without any issue. Order 7.5, which hang loose. Wish they had 7.0, as it would have been perfect.”
