“I Originally bought the three Stack, and the following week I Purchased 2 / 4mm. Bracelets. All are 6.5 in and fit my wrist perfectly, not tight and able to move them. I do take them off at night. The next morning, I was putting them back on and one bracelet exploded, beads all

“I initially purchased a total of six items, but soon after, I requested that one item be removed from my order. Although the order was adjusted to five items as requested, I have yet to receive a refund for the item that was removed.
I have sent multiple follow-up emails requesting the refund, but responses have been slow and have not resolved the issue. Now, even after receiving the remaining five items, I still have not been refunded for the item that was canceled.
Due to the lack of timely responses, I decided to return all received items and have disputed the entire charge with my credit card company to ensure the issue is addressed.”
