“I'm a little disappointed because I expected to receive the pants with an orange inner pocket. The model must have changed and I didn't notice it. Nothing serious . it remains a beautiful product.”

Philippe, thank you for your review. Sorry to hear you were expecting orange pockets. Only our "Koersbroek" has orange pockets. The "Arrivée" is from another collection, so these don't have orange pockets. Still good to hear you like the product anyway!!

“Buenas hice un pedido el día 27/11/21 y estamos a día 7/11/21 y no se ha recibido, he comprado en otras ocasiones productos de La Machine y me han gustado mucho y por eso he repetido, pero me parece que tienen que cambiar de transportista, me parece muchísimo tiempo, si me pudieran ayudar se lo agradecería.”

“Ik ben een groot liefhebber van de t-shirts en sweaters van La Machine. Een aspect ergert me helaas in toenemende mate en dat is de onzorgvuldigheid in de Franse teksten, waarbij accenten worden weggelaten of zelfs spelfouten het eindproduct halen. Denk hierbij aan Pédaleur de charme, dat bij La Machine als Pedaleur wordt geschreven. Bij de nieuwe Tête de la course sweaters leest het laatste woord zelfs als ‘caurse’, omdat de a en u aan de onderzijde met elkaar zijn verbonden en niet boven, zoals bij de o en u het geval zou moeten zijn. Hiervan was ik me pas bewust toen ik de exemplaren van mijn zoon en mezelf vorige week thuis ontving. Het voelt nu wat vreemd om met een foutieve opdruk rond te lopen. En dat is voor mij een minpunt bij een verder prima product. Zouden jullie hier voortaan wat zorgvuldiger mee willen omgaan?”

“Twee verschillende truien besteld (Tête de la course en Bib number 13). Maatvoering advies helemaal goed en prints zien er in werkelijkheid ook mooi uit. Heb truien pas recent in bezit, dus kan nog niks zeggen over kwaliteit/duurzaamheid.”

“Hi, I really like you design and have purchased several times from you. Free returns would increase my interest in continuing doing so. I got the wrong socks delivered unfortunately and the M size that have always fitted me were all way to long. Not sure if you have changed something, or if I am getting old and smaller...”

“Nice and good clothes, but unfortunately it is not possible to return clothes for another size. You have to order the item again and I n this case it means the the black Friday discount isn't effective anymore.”
