Please don’t waste your time on LaRedoute. Poor communication. Absolutely terrible service. Order : 0241771255300 I have waited for delivery almost half of a year and never received it. Order placed with only 1 item was canceled as apparently didn’t manage to deliver. Delivery happened with zero communication, even so I chaised couple of times. I re-order the item via phone, promised prompt delivery. I insisted to contact me before delivery. At 12:00 had a call, at 13:00 gave a call back and even giving address for picking up myself. In addition confirmed this all via email. BUT again received re-fund with not much explanations.

Almost everything I had ordered came wrong!Had ordered cusions covers and fillings. One of cusion cover came completely wrong. Than two days later all the cusions fillings came in wrong size! They want you to return it, in your nearliest DPD collection point, which is 40 km away from me. Than wait another 20 days for their refund, but in meanwhile order again the "right" product! Who has a time for it!

Order never came - chased for over 10 days and wasn't PROACTIVELY kept updated by the business- Very poor internal systems of keeping the customer updated. Their systems need to be changed - very surprising - I order online all the time and have never had a situation where a retailer has such bad communication methods / basically none at all. Very surprised.

Awful customer service! I have spent- literally- thousands of pounds on furniture here. Two small side tables are really rubbish quality with cheap paint, marking easily, scratching easily, and showing signs of wear despite being barely used and almost brand new. I have sent photos (have more and have offered more). Customer service says I have to sent the tables back to them. I have to package the tables (with what?!), then wait for them to get to the warehouse, then have a quality team assess them, and IF they are assessed as poor quality, I’ll get a refund. IF they are not, they’ll be sent back to me? They also keep saying a courier is trying to contact me but I have received no voicemails or emails or texts or WhatsApp messages. Just refund the tables?! Absolutely ridiculous and I have been waiting ages for resolution. Also, need to return a rug, and even though a courier is meant to be coming, picking up from the same location and taking to the same location, I have to book and pay separately for the rug to be collected? It makes no sense.

Dear all, For the second time, I have just been literally cheated by La Redoute. In fact now, I'm already thinking about the 2022 anniversary. Same purchase, same story. A sofa approximately €1500, for a seasonal rental apartment for a client for a month. The couch is so frustrating!!! Who can believe that Cell burstout on two replays. The carrier lost the sofa twice 😂. Colis Privé has shares in Redoute… This is how Redoute speculates on its customers by selling things that do not exist and will no longer be delivered. They kept €1,500 for more than two months in their bank account. I don't understand how cell can still exist and cell in everyone's eyes. It's shameful, they don't offer me any alternative, I'm going to have to cancel the pitches in this apartment in the middle of the Christmas holidays or I won't have a sofa. I share this misadventure with you in the hope that cell can be useful. I felt lost, spoiled, neglected and I was losing one of my clients. In short, does being an honest cell worker really make sense… something to think about

Horrible company! They attract costumers with discounts and then act like there was a technical problem. When you chat, they tell you to purchase again but with the original price. Meanwhile it was a present and I’ve explained that I didn’t get notified about the annulation of my order. It’s just a scam and I see I’m not the only person with the same comment !

Ordered sofas with the Black Friday discount. Paid. Then they emailed to say cannot process the order. Money put back in the bank. Items back on sale double the price. They are fooling people with their fake Black Friday deals. Definitely wouldn’t use them.

I ordered what appeared to be a single bed pure wool blanket with satin trimmed edges. What actually arrived was a COT blanket which I returned immediately but all I have received is a credit for postage but I paid out over £22! AVOID DEALING WITH THIS COMPANY and read other very bad reviews........

Terrible customer service. Delivered the wrong item, item was returned, when asked to refund cost of return because of their error they insisted a photo be sent of "the defect" in the item. We explained that there was no defect, it was just the wrong item, and that it had already been sent so no photo could be taken. They could not understand this so we just requested the refund for the item and not the return cost but they became unpleasant in the email exchange and have now stopped replying. Avoid at all costs.

Don't order from them. First order - ordered a vase , turned up as a shelf. Was then told to order again at my expense and return the shelf which I did. Nearly 3 weeks on from original order and still no refund. Second order - ordered at my expense to replace first one , parcel now lost. Pathetic service. Understandably not all la redoute , obviously couriers have part to play , however in this day and age this is just not acceptable. Will not be ordering again

Just bad customer serbice. They make errors but you have to chase them around to resolve and they literally do nothing. Quality of product was also a lot poorer than i was expecting

Ordered two valances and very disappointed re quality and finish Loose threads and very creased......made in China .Cannot be bothered to pack them all up again as they are bulky. Could have paid less for much better quality. Very disappointed.

Their delivery business partner Evri has been constantly lying about the delivery. Called La Redoute four times to explain I have security camera footage to prove it and expect them to sort it out. Four times, I was treated with disrespect. Finally they accepted Evri lost my parcel. Instead of offering to send new products with express delivery and an apology for all the time they wasted, they want to give me a refund to they can resell the items in full price. Appealing customer service. Avoid La Redoute at any cost.

DO NOT BUY WHAT THEY DESCRIBE AS DEEP FITTED SHEETS. THEY ARE USELESS AND INADEQUATE FOR A DEEP MATTRESS.

I wish I could give it zero stars, but I have to give it one in order to leave a comment. I have never in my life experience such bad customer service as with La Redoute. The first instance was in January when I ordered a set of £200 saucepans to be delivered to my local click and collect shop. I had the notification to say it had arrived and went to the shop… to cut a very very long story short, the saucepans had been stolen by Evri or by somebody at the Tesco’s branch or never got delivered in the first place. After numerous phone calls, they finally agreed to refund me for the product I never received (how generous of them ey). Now, a second order with a second issue. I ordered a lampshade which ‘arrived’ in a box marked ‘biochem laboratory’ which was clearly very strange. When I opened the box, there was no lampshade but a 10 L bottle of Ad-Blu water for a diesel car engine. My address label had been stuck over another label, so this was clearly not my package. Immediately I got on the phone and was told that until they receive the lampshade back I couldn’t have a refund. It didn’t matter how many times I explained that I didn’t have the lampshade, they didn’t seem to understand the situation. I sent pictures of what I had been delivered, as well as the box it arrived in. I asked for a manager to call me back and never heard a single word. Every time you call and ask to speak to a Manager, they’re always ‘busy’ or ‘in a meeting’. The agent will tell you they have passed on a request for a call back and marked it as urgent but please do not believe this, you will never hear from them. Evri collected the package on the 28th March and according to the tracking, it hasn’t moved since. I have been trying to contact customer service to tell them that I need my money back and this is not fair, but nobody can do anything for me. Managers never call you back, the agents don’t understand situations properly and quite frankly, no one gives a s*it once they’ve got your money. Between La Redoute customer services and the fact that they use Evri as their courier, you have an approximately 0% chance of receiving your item. Then you have an approximately 0% chance of actually being able to talk to somebody about the fact that you haven’t got your item. Avoid like the plague.

Attention ! Fuyez cette entreprise incompétente et irrespectueuse envers ses clients ! Je suis extrêmement déçu de mon expérience d'achat avec cette entreprise. J'ai acheté trois chaises de bar et ils ont réussi à se tromper trois fois sur la livraison, malgré mes tentatives pour éviter une troisième erreur. C'est incroyablement incompétent. Ils ont livré des chaises avec des hauteurs différentes de celles que j'avais commandées. Je suis maintenant convaincu que cette entreprise n'a aucun respect pour ses clients et je ne vais plus jamais acheter chez eux. Je conseille à quiconque d'en faire autant. Nous méritons tous un service de qualité et une entreprise fiable, ce que cette entreprise n'est clairement pas
