“Ordered the tanning machine, tent and free 4 litres of tanning solution. I received the tanning solution but no machine or tent. After emailing twice, i was told that someone had tried to call me (they hadnt) to say that the machine and tent were stuck in customs and they would be refunding me. I then get an email to say that they had tried to call me again (they hadnt, my phone number is correct on my account) to say that they are taking off the cost of the tanning solution (bearing in mind its meant to be free with the package) from the refund amount! This is the first and last time i have dealt with this company. Not at all happy. I really hope that they refund my entire amount as expecting me to pay for a product they advertised as free is false advertising.”

“I think the mouse is too expensive. I just had no time to find a new one before going on holiday. Adding VAT on after and £6 delivery is too expensive. There are never any offers on it either.”

“I placed an order nearly 10 days ago, still haven't received a confirmation email to say it has been dispatched. I have emailed twice and called 5 times and still haven't had a reply. The money has been taken out of the bank (over £200) and I'm starting to feel like I've fallen for a scam company.”

Hi Stephanie, I was happy to assist you earlier. This review mentioned that we haven't communicated with you, i can send you the emails over that we replied to, and we did try calling you. I also think you tried calling us but we are on reduced hours at the moment so the lines are not always manned but we always get back to our valued customers. As you mentioned on the phone your parcel was at the drop off shop, i think that was an error on the couriers part with the problem you had there. Apologies on their behalf. “the tan went on really well and covered brilliantly, the shade was a lot darker than other 14 I have used. The day however my client wasn't happy, there was patches and the colour looked dirty. Sadly I won't be ordering again.”

Sorry about this, however patches are nothing to do with the spray tan solution and could be due to dry skin. In relation to the colour we do 8 x shades and it could be that a lower % could have suited the client better.

“I bought 4 different tans on an offer for £118 but then another offer came through for 3 tans for £54 I could have bought 6 for £108 I feel like I have been ripped off. I like LA Tan. Out of nearly all the makes it gives a nice, natural tan”
