“Lately it ,well has made me feel as if I am getting treated like a person and not just another number ,,Alana who I was on v.i.p live chat to before was fast,friendly and efficient at what I asked ,and even though I couldn't weave my magic and get a few free spins out of her,,she was very friendly (b@@@@d lol....overall magnificent,,what more can I say,,,,,oh just post it haha.”

“Jason from VIP was polite, efficient and demonstrated a great knowledge of the site and what my issue maybe. He kept me updated throughout the process and made it a pleasant experience using the Live Chat service. When he had exhausted every avenue within he remit he advised on the next action (emailing my correspondence for evidence) with clarity and waited until I had sent it to ensure i was happy and swiftly asked if there was anything else he could help me with. Because of this i feel happy to use the Live Chat service again and confident that the staff will go above and beyond to help me with any query. He is a fantastic customer service representative and an asset to the Ladbrokes site. A* customer service! Please thank him again for me!”

“Max made it a pleasant morning by giving me 5 free spins on a choice of 3 of my fav games and also told me about 50% cash back if I play wild wishes ,of which I will try a bit later on when I top up my account,,overall it was a pleasant chat I had,,no pressure to deposit straight away but in my own time ,so he was an excellent live chat,,,well done max,”
