“I ordered the Solar Light Caps and had one of the QTY 4 stop working within 2 months, I replaced the Solar Battery but it still would not work, I have contacted Customer Support TWICE, only to receive a "canned" response that was no help at all. I will be going elsewhere for my future deck project!!!!”

“I ordered several outdoor items in my last order. I got 4 hanging globe solar lights that only one worked out of the package. After a month none of them work. The solar dog lawn decoration doesn’t light up & is rusting after only one month. The bird bath bubbler is cheap & only works sometimes. The solar celestial light still lights up but the stand it rests on already snapped. Most items are low quality, arrived non-functional. I’m very disappointed in my last order.”

“I ordered a printer table and thought I was making a good choice. paid a little over 100 dollars for it. shipping was ok, but when I got my product. IT WAS LITERALLY BROKEN WITH A TON OF SCRATCHES AND LOOSE PIECES AS WELL AS MISSING PIECES. and the crazy part was that the box was perfectly fine. I called to let them know and the first time they automatically hung up on me when they answered so I recalled. and told me they will give me a call in 3 days. why do I have to wait 3 days for a recall????? was told will be shipped a replacement but will have to see if I even get it. customer service is just HORRIBLE. I don't even know how this company is still running especially since I saw that it had way more bad reviews than good.”

“[ have ordered many items from Lakeside,the latest being mesh screens to hang on my garage door to keep bugs out. My orders always arrive in perfect condition and in about one week or so.I am a satisfied customer and will order from this company in the future.[ just can't say enough good things about this company or their products. “I had talked to customer service, explained i might be late on payments because I started chemo. Lady was understanding when I told her would still pay every month. Fast forward, ordered 2 containers for 12.99 an they canceled my order because I have not paid the full balance of 221. I have been ordering from them with a balance on my acct n they never said anything.....my acct is up to date. I have encouraged some family members n a few friends to shop with them...as soon as I get my review in am calling them n telling what a scam they are. Wonder if its because I told them I had cancer n they are afraid I might die n not pay them off...they are a rip off, liars pretending to care, don't worry,etc....Dont do business with these scammers.”

“BE VERY CAREFUL. I ORDERED $1000 in product and they used usps. The item is still with USPS and Lakeside will do nothing to retrieve the item to refund me. I’m out the money without help from them. They simply don’t care. If you order from them, it is at your own risk of loss>”

“Solar products are junk. Multi color light fell apart as soon as I took it out of box, doesn't work either. Other 2 solar products lasted for maybe 5 min. Then find out have to pay another $7.99 per item to ship it back.”

“Didnt order an item, didn't receive the item and a full year later they are charging me for it. Claimed they refunded my pay pal account, however they want me to send the money?!?! if you refunded the money why would I have to pay it back? Three calls and got nowhere!Catalogs have been cancelled!!!”

“AVOID THIS COMPANY. Ordered an item, was given a USPS tracking number- was told a month later on calling Customer Service (in the Phillipines) that the item had been sent via FedEx, which smelled extremely fishy. Have been promised a replacement item but I have zero faith it will actually arrive. Reading these other reviews I'm glad I used Paypal and didn't get trapped into their "rewards program" with a card, whch I am sure is how they make most of their money.”

“I ordered from this company and absolutely loved my items. Three days after receiving my order I was charged $12.95 for Lakeside pet rewards that I did not sign up for. I ended up having to cancel my credit card which is quite a hassle being I have automatic payments from other companies. So disappointed I had already planned on placing another order with this company and now feel like I can’t.”

“TERRIBLE!!! I would give them zero stars if I could. The last two orders I placed were canceled two weeks after placing them stating the items were out of stock. Two weeks???? I called customer service three times to speak to a Manager about what happened and nobody would call me back or do anything as far as giving me something towards a future purchase except for free shipping on my next order which they offer anyways at times. And a month later my paypal funds were refunded only after talking to billing directly. Would not recommend buying from this company.”

“I placed an order with this company. I received the items and all was fine until I received my bill charging me another time $14.99 for a customer service for ordering them on a sale promo. I called and they said they are crediting my account, but the nerve of them charging me for something they say was a promo charge. Never again”

“I was charged for an order I did not approve. When I contacted the company they told me that they would send me a shipping label and I could return all the items. I told them to cancel the order since it had not been processed and it had not been approved. The company refused and told me that they would provide me with a shipping label and I could return all the items before they would refund me. Contacted my bank and was able to prove fraud. Next I will be contacting Better Business Bureau.”

“Do not buy from this company. They are a rip off. I placed an order a couple times but the last time I remembered that I was automatically signed up for a perks program that I didn't request so I was extra careful too look for the prompt. I never saw a prompt to sign up. I was still charged $14.95 per month and has to call Lakeside to cancel.”

“If you place an order and want to cancel you can't they process immediately and won't help to stop the order. Neither will they price match thus shop around. They say you can refuse when it arrives but FedEx drops it off without anyone there thus making it difficult to carry rugs back to FedEx to ship back. Customer service is no help.”
