This must be the worst company that I’ve ever dealt with! It’s taken 14 weeks to replace a mattress that was damaged when delivered with one that was acceptable. Customer services only respond when you chase them, every excuse under the sun. Didn’t even get an email or phone call to check that the 4th mattress was ok, and was promised “a gesture”of goodwill, can’t see that happening anytime soon! Save your money and spend it elsewhere is my advice.

Delivered the wrong base which should have had 2 draws. Promised 2 free pillows which did not arrive. Paid £163 for Duvet which was also missing Nicola from customer services said she would sort it, but was very matter of fact with me and made me feel it was my fault and she was doing me a favour! They boast about being retailer of the year, but I don’t see it😢 I will not shop with them again.

Please do not buy anything from this company. The customer service is very poor and not helpful infact it is appallling. We bought a superking mattress £1000 a swap old for new. We paid £39 for the old mattress removing. The delivery men would not take the new mattress upstairs stating it would not fit up the stairs and left it in our hall way and took our old mattress away, so We had no place to sleep. Nicola in customer services was argumentative and appeared to have very little knowledge of the products being sold by the company she is employed by. She advised that the old mattress was folded by the delivery men to be removed? (This is not possible a superking mattress is too large and bulky to be folded). We asked for a refund of the £39 plus further costs to us due to having to get a third party firm to take the new mattress upstairs. This has been declined . Nicola,s solution was to get another mattress a zip link that would take 2-3 weeks to be delivered when We asked where we were supposed to sleep during this time she did not know. We have sent numerous emails requesting answers to the issues but have had no joy. Nicola replies with photos taken by the delivery men which she says show the new mattress been attempted to go upstairs, the mattress was only placed on the first step and they have no moving and handling equipment, stated they could not do it as they would risk hurting their backs. These deliveries are what they are employed to do. They are not members of the Ombudsman service or even registered therefore We cannot pursue an official complaint so We are leaving negative reviews with as many sites as possible advised prospective customers not to buy from them.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - they are not a member of the Furniture Ombudsman and when things go wrong it is VERY difficult to resolve the matter. Even Relyon are dreadful - IF you are daft enough to order REMEMBER you have to return within 14 days otherwise you have no chance. We have lost £1200 on two mattresses and as Senior Citizens this is a lot for us. We were told mattresses have an 11 week bedding in period so it makes a laughing stock of returns within 14 days!! Also don't forget Charge back if you paid with Visa debit/credit. 2600 springs have collapsed and we are light weights. Nicola the customer Service Manager must not be able to sleep at night and having read other reviews feel sure she must have a very hard skin!

From the initial contact it has been nothing but hassle from this company, the staff show absolutely no interest but only on upselling and are very forceful, constantly calling and actually quite intimidating. Certainly would not use again and wouldn't recommend.

I ordered a Hypnos mattress on Fri 31 May. On realising I could not try it and return it in two weeks, as Land of Beds claim, I tried to cancel the order on Monday 3 June. ‘Nicola’ said I could sleep on the mattress ‘with the packaging left on’!! How she believes this will help with deciding if a mattress suits you or not I don’t know. I’ve sent her two more e mails requesting she confirms the cancellation of the order and a full refund. So far I am being ignored.

Basically mirroring everyone elses complaints, that staff are unhelpful, unforcedly and are only interested in their commission.

Never touch Land Of Beds. Their prices might be the lowest but so is their customer service if something goes wrong. They are terrible to try and resolve. We had issues with a Hypnos bed and they were unhelpful that although Hypnos agreed to change the bed Land of Beds made it impossible to comply with their terms of returns being accepted back into their warehouse. If you should be unluckily enough to have a problem then with Land of beds you simply are going to have major problem. Go elsewhere who have a reputation of putting their customers first and not their greedy owner's bank balances. Never ever consider Land of Beds they simply are the worst retailer of the year. Staff turnover here very quickly too.

Terrible customer service and delivery!! Ordered bed on 23rd February and was given 2-3 week waiting period for the bed. Rung up to chase the order to be told the bed I ordered would not be in stock until the middle of April and if I wanted a bed sooner I needed to pick an alternative. After doing this I was advised the bed I had chosen had arrived with them and so was my mattress and they would sort out a courier to collect it and deliver it 'express' delivery the next day. The 'customer service manager' Nicola then informed me the bed I had to secondly choose was actually not in stock and they did not have it to give to the courier so I would have to wait and it would now take another three days for a courier to collect it. Previous to this - Nicola tried to convince me she had not told me my bed was in stock so it was lucky I kept all the e-mails regarding this so she could not back track any further. All I keep receiving is 'apology there is nothing we can do' and I do not believe anything I am being told now. Still no bed received and will not have any idea when the bed is coming.

Do not trust this company to advise you correctly on delivery times. I ordered and paid for a mattress on the 27th December 2018, told it would be delivered within five days. It is now the 16th January 2019 and still no mattress arrived. Now being told that the company is receiving the mattress on the 21st January 2019 and I should get delivery a few days later so still no definite date of delivery. They have also previously told me it would be delivered the early part of w/c 14th January 2019. So you cannot trust this company on delivery dates.

Same as previous comments. Received an invoice for £480 to be paid by DD. Have never ordered anything from Land of Beds in my life and certainly never will. I think apologies are in order from this company asap. Where did LoBeds get my email address from?

Had the same email as others this morning. Contacted them to see if they were aware of possible bogus invoices being sent out under their name, only to be told that it was a system fault and to ignore the email as no monies would be collected as they don’t have customer bank details in any case. Might have saved a lot of time and energy chasing this up if they had followed up with a further email explaining their error.

I also have received an email saying that I owe them £480 and they will be collecting the money via DD. This is a scam email. Please ignore. Some companies can purchase emails like this one and try to obtain cash from you. Don't ever give them your banking details. Avoid like the plague. Be warned.

How weird. We also have had an e mail to say we owe £480. Delivery due December 24th. We have never ordered anything from Land of Beds. We have replied to e mail to say owe nothing so will be paying nothing and interested to know where they got our e mail from, as we are pensioners and do not tend to order on-line. Ditto AVOID

Same as others below. Got an invoice stating I owe £480 but nothing ordered from them. This surely is a breach of GDPR?

Received an invoice from this company asking for payment for a bed that we have not ordered. Unable to contact them by phone even after hanging on for 45 mins, no reply to our emails. Intrested to see if they deliver anything on Christmas Eve. We never ordered anything from this company and after this experience never will do. Not recommended.

Appalling Service I ordered a mattress and paid extra for nominated day delivery. There was an issue with payment, which was my mistake but quickly rectified. On delivery day I contacted the company to find out what time delivery would be made only for them to tell me there had been a mistake with the order and they had not arranged delivery. Their solution.... a free mattress protector. As this was a new property I was moving into I did not have a mattress and so was not able to stay at the property. Despite the extra costs incurred in having to find alternative accomodation as well as having to take time off work for a rescheduled delivery 4 days later the people I dealt with really weren't concerned.
