“The service provided by laptopsdirect was above and beyond what I expected. I ordered a Lenovo Duet Chromebook late on Saturday night, Easter bank holiday weekend. Although it said expected delivery was Tuesday I was now expecting it to arrive until the Wednesday due to the long weekend. My chromebook arrived as advised on the Tuesday morning very securely packed. The chromebook itself is excellent, especially for a refurbished unit. In fact, I am typing the review on it now. I certainly will be using laptopsdirect again.”

“Watch I ordered did not arrive an the day it was planned to arrive, so I had to rebook with the delivery company for a day I was off. Otherwise the price was a great save.”

“Ordered new phone and was told it would be delivered on Tuesday, so kept that day free. Then on the morning of delivery they tell me it won't be delivered - so a wasted day off and then not available for the new delivery date so had to rearrange my days due to their error. Still waiting for phone to arrive”

“Product received as advertised and for a good price. However, the courier used (TNT) was awful, first claiming to have delivered the item when they had not, then realising they had not delivered and it taking an extra day to do so, meaning I had to sit around for two days waiting for a delivery. Additionally, unlike other couriers, TNT are apparently incapable of providing a delivery window, but instead just state "before 6pm". In comparison, Royal Mail, DPD and Amazon all give delivery windows of between 1-3 hours, so that at least you don't have to wait around all day. So while the product was fine, and the ordering system was fine, Laptops direct really need to consider using a more proficient and reliable courier service.”
