“The order was made online, the laptop arrived on the day & time specified via a secure delivery using a PIN number via DPD and in perfect condition. A couple of days later I received a follow up call from Laptops Direct to ask if everything was Ok, and if I needed any assistance with anything to do with the order. At the same time, I was offered a follow up service and repair contract which - to be perfectly fair - was very competitively priced. I've used this Company to buy various hi-tech items, and have never been disappointed.”

“Product (AirPods pro 2) arrived as advertised. There was a minor issue with delivery as if I’m paying £10 for next day delivery I would actually expect next day delivery. Laptops direct and DPD laid the blame with each other. They did arrive the day after though.”

“Last minute panic buying a tablet for Christmas. Laptops direct was £80 cheaper than anywhere else, same spec, brand new etc. 1st time purchase for laptops direct, used PayPal just incase for some extra security. Excellent services, excellent communication re my order and delivery, received next day. Will 100% use this company again for tech purchases.”

“The first TV I ordered went missing during delivery, and the second one arrived slightly bent, which I considered a manufacturing fault since the box was undamaged. Normally, I would be frustrated at this point, but each time an issue arose, it was addressed immediately and without hassle. The communication was straightforward, polite, and friendly. I was given the option of a refund or a replacement, and I chose the replacement, which arrived quickly. What could have been a negative experience turned out to be quite the opposite. I would buy from Laptops Direct again in the future.”

“I had problems with delivery because DPD didn't let me know they had failed delivery and were sending my laptop back. It wasn't even an issue, the customer service team sent it again ASAP and it's been working great.”

“I was let down by another supplier (AO who basically lied about stock levels) so decided to use Laptops Direct for first time. Everything went exactly as they promised from ordering to delivery exactly when arranged and I was notified throughout the entire procedure. Will use again, very happy .”
